Two-way sync
Changes in Gong instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Gong across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Gong and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Gong exposes them.
The connector runs on Gong's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.
Changes in Gong instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.

Gong is the revenue-intelligence and conversation-intelligence platform owned by RevOps, sales enablement, and revenue leadership. It records, transcribes, and analyzes sales calls, video meetings, and emails, attaching trackers, topics, scorecards, and CRM deal context to every conversation. Gong is a system of engagement for revenue conversations, not the CRM system of record. The transcripts, coaching scores, and interaction stats that live in Gong are a signal layer other teams want joined to pipeline in the CRM and warehouse.
Read Calls with their participants, trackers, topics, and scorecards into Snowflake or Postgres so RevOps can query conversation activity in SQL alongside pipeline.
Pull call Transcripts by callId into a warehouse or vector store to power search, RAG, and deal-review summaries over what was said on calls.
Sync Interaction Stats such as talk ratios and per-rep activity into a coaching database for engagement and rep-performance dashboards.
Import externally recorded dialer or web-conference calls into Gong via POST /v2/calls so they get transcribed and analyzed like native Gong calls.
Upload warehouse- or CRM-derived Accounts, Opportunities, and stages into Gong through the CRM integration API so deal context shows alongside conversations.
Submit data-privacy erase-data-for-email requests to Gong to fulfill GDPR/CCPA deletion across recorded conversations.
Pick the system you need to keep in sync with Gong. Each page covers the sync setup, field mapping, and common workflows for that pair.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Gong with its native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Gong objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects the schema, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
FAQ
Gong's core objects — Calls, Transcripts, Users, Interaction Stats (Activity) and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via REST API on api.gong.io/v2 - retrieval endpoints (calls, transcript, users, stats, settings, library, logs) plus write endpoints for importing calls, uploading CRM data, and data-privacy erasure, authenticated with Basic authorization header combining an Access Key and Access Key Secret (created by a Gong technical admin, base64-encoded as key:secret); OAuth 2.0 Bearer tokens are supported for marketplace apps. Changes are detected as follows — polling POST /v2/calls/extensive on fromDateTime/toDateTime; the public API exposes no outbound webhooks or CDC, though a Gong admin can configure a product-side automation Rule that POSTs matching calls to a URL. Transcripts and analysis appear only after asynchronous processing.. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Gong propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Gong integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Gong and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Gong data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
