Two-way sync
Changes in Gong or Infobip instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Gong and Infobip in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Gong holds the people the business talks to: the contacts, their phone numbers and email addresses, and which rep owns the relationship. Infobip is where the talking happens, whether that is calls, texts, email, or meetings. The two depend on the same people, and when the contact list in one drifts from the other, outreach goes to stale numbers and the record of what was said never makes it back to the account.
Stacksync syncs Trackers & Scorecards, CRM Objects, Library, Data Privacy (Erasure) in Gong with Email, Conversations, Numbers / Senders, Delivery Reports & Logs in Infobip field by field, in real time, and in both directions. Current contact details flow out to Infobip so it can reach the right person, and the calls, messages, and meetings Infobip produces flow back onto the matching record in Gong. You decide which system owns which fields, and conflicts resolve by rules you set.
A contact created or updated in Gong appears in Infobip within seconds, so outreach starts without exporting a list or re-keying numbers.
Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and the owning rep from Gong stay current in Infobip, so every call, text, or email goes to the right person at the right address.
Activity handled in Infobip appears on the matching contact and account in Gong, so the next person sees the full history without leaving the CRM.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Gong objects | Infobip objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Library Call-library folders and folder content (curated calls and snippets) read via GET /v2/library/folders and /v2/library/folder-content. Read-only. | Email Transactional and bulk email sent via POST /email/3/send (multipart form); delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe events arrive by webhook, and sending domains are managed through the /email/1/domains endpoints. | Library is specific to Gong and Email to Infobip — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Data Privacy (Erasure) GDPR/CCPA deletion handled by POST /v2/data-privacy/erase-data-for-email, with data-for-email lookups on the read side; a write path used for compliance deletions. | Conversations Omnichannel contact-center threads, agents, queues, and tags in the Conversations (CCaaS) module; read and write conversation state and messages through the Conversations API for a unified support view. | Data Privacy (Erasure) is specific to Gong and Conversations to Infobip — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Calls Retrieved via POST /v2/calls/extensive with participants, topics, trackers, scorecards, and media URLs, filtered by fromDateTime/toDateTime; external recordings are also imported via POST /v2/calls with media uploaded via PUT /v2/calls/{id}/media. Read and write. | Numbers / Senders Provisioned phone numbers and sender IDs used as message origins, listed and managed via the Numbers API; read to map which sender each message flows through. | Calls is specific to Gong and Numbers / Senders to Infobip — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Transcripts Speaker-attributed, timestamped sentences retrieved via POST /v2/calls/transcript for one or more callIds; available only after asynchronous processing completes. Read-only. | Delivery Reports & Logs Per-message delivery status, seen/read receipts, and error codes; pulled from GET /sms/1/reports and /sms/1/logs within a short retention window, or pushed in real time to a configured notifyUrl webhook. | Transcripts is specific to Gong and Delivery Reports & Logs to Infobip — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users Gong users and team members with roles, titles, email, and settings, read via GET /v2/users to map call owners and participants to CRM and warehouse identities. Read-only. | Persons (People CDP) Contact profiles in the People module holding attributes, tags, and multi-channel contact data (mobile, email); full CRUD via GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /people/2/persons, so Infobip is both a source and a destination for contact records. | Users is specific to Gong and Persons (People CDP) to Infobip — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Interaction Stats (Activity) Aggregated talk/listen ratios, interaction stats, and day-by-day user activity retrieved via POST /v2/stats endpoints; read out for coaching and engagement reporting. Read-only. | SMS Messages Outbound SMS sent via POST /sms/3/messages (legacy /sms/2/text/advanced); sent-message logs and delivery/seen reports read via GET /sms/1/logs and /sms/1/reports, with delivery reports and inbound (MO) messages pushed to a notifyUrl webhook. | Interaction Stats (Activity) is specific to Gong and SMS Messages to Infobip — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Gong for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling POST /v2/calls/extensive on fromDateTime/toDateTime.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Infobip through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionInfobip notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Delivery reports, seen/read receipts, and inbound (mobile-originated) messages are pushed in real time to a configured notifyUrl webhook per channel.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Gong and Infobip: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Gong's Library and Data Privacy (Erasure)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Gong side: Trackers & Scorecards, CRM Objects, Library, Data Privacy (Erasure), plus custom fields where Gong exposes them. On the Infobip side: Email, Conversations, Numbers / Senders, Delivery Reports & Logs. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Gong and Infobip: New contacts reachable right away; Where Infobip reaches out: contacts kept current; Calls, messages, and meetings on the record. A contact created or updated in Gong appears in Infobip within seconds, so outreach starts without exporting a list or re-keying numbers.
Gong: REST API on api.gong.io/v2 - retrieval endpoints (calls, transcript, users, stats, settings, library, logs) plus write endpoints for importing calls, uploading CRM data, and data-privacy erasure. Authentication: Basic authorization header combining an Access Key and Access Key Secret (created by a Gong technical admin, base64-encoded as key:secret); OAuth 2.0 Bearer tokens are supported for marketplace apps. Infobip: Infobip omnichannel REST API (JSON over HTTPS) across per-channel resources (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voice), the People CDP, and Conversations; a unified Messages API also spans channels. Authentication: API key sent as the header 'Authorization: App <api-key>' (recommended), with HTTP Basic authentication and OAuth 2.0 also supported; keys are limited by per-endpoint scopes, and every request must target the account's personalized base URL. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Gong: Rate limits default to 3 API calls per second and 10,000 calls per day per company; exceeding returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header, and limits can be raised by contacting Gong. Infobip: The People module exposes full CRUD over persons (/people/2/persons), so Infobip is both a readable source and a writable destination for contact data — not a send-only channel. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Gong and Infobip without custom code.
