FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are recordings available after the event?

Yes, every Stacksync webinar is recorded and published to the same event page within 24 hours of the live session. In-person event recordings are published as they become available, typically 2 to 4 weeks post-event. Registered attendees receive the recording link via email; the recording is also accessible from this events page without re-registering.

Where are in-person events typically held?

Stacksync hosts and sponsors events in the US (San Francisco, New York, Austin), Europe (London, Paris, Zurich, Berlin), and APAC (Singapore, Tokyo). We plan to launch an annual Stacksync Connect customer event. Industry events we typically attend include AWS re:Invent, Snowflake Summit, Dreamforce, and SaaStr Annual. The full upcoming-event list is on this page.

Can I propose a topic or speak at a future webinar?

Yes, guest speakers are welcome. Submit your topic and bio via the contact form on this page. The events team reviews proposals weekly and slots accepted topics into the upcoming webinar calendar. Customer-led sessions (case studies, joint architectures) get priority.

Are events free to attend?

Webinars and online sessions are free. In-person events are usually free for customers and prospects; some industry conferences require their own ticket but Stacksync sponsors complimentary passes for invited customers. Premium technical workshops (Implementation Academy, Solution Architect track) carry a fee that is waived for certified partners and enterprise customers.

How do I get notified about new events?

Subscribe via the form on this page to get email notifications when new events are announced. The Stacksync product newsletter (sent monthly) also includes upcoming events. Customers on paid plans automatically receive event invitations through their account team. For real-time updates, follow @stacksyncdata on LinkedIn or X.
