Two-way sync
Changes in Gong or Jumpcloud instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Gong and Jumpcloud in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
A CRM and an identity system usually describe different populations. Gong tracks customers, contacts, and the deals in motion; Jumpcloud governs who is allowed to sign in and what they can reach. Where the two meet is people. The reps who own records in Gong are the same employees Jumpcloud provisions and disables, and when Jumpcloud also runs the login accounts for your product, the customers in Gong are the same users Jumpcloud authenticates. Left unconnected, a departure in Jumpcloud leaves stale ownership sitting in Gong, and a signup in Jumpcloud never reaches the account it belongs to.
Stacksync syncs Calls, Transcripts, Users, Interaction Stats (Activity) in Gong with Commands, Directory Insights events, System Users (Users), User Groups in Jumpcloud in real time and in both directions, matching on email or an external ID and mapping field by field. You decide which system owns which fields, and new users, role and group changes, deactivations, and account status move within seconds instead of waiting on a quarterly access review or a manual export.
A won or activated customer in Gong can create or update the corresponding user or account in Jumpcloud, so provisioning starts from the CRM record instead of a separate ticket.
New employees in Jumpcloud become active users in Gong with the right role, and group or department changes update their access and team, so the CRM's user list matches the directory without an admin re-keying it.
When someone is disabled in Jumpcloud, the matching user in Gong is deactivated too, and the accounts, contacts, and deals they owned are flagged for reassignment, so nothing goes unattended after they leave.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Gong objects | Jumpcloud objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM Objects Accounts, opportunities, stages, and users uploaded into Gong through the CRM integration API so CRM context appears alongside conversations. Write (upload) path. | Systems (devices) Enrolled macOS, Windows, and Linux machines running the JumpCloud agent; agent-enrolled, so the API reads, updates, and deletes systems for inventory and management rather than creating them. | CRM Objects is specific to Gong and Systems (devices) to Jumpcloud — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Library Call-library folders and folder content (curated calls and snippets) read via GET /v2/library/folders and /v2/library/folder-content. Read-only. | System Groups Device groups used to scope policies, commands, and access; full CRUD via v2 /systemgroups, with systems bound and unbound through association endpoints. | Library is specific to Gong and System Groups to Jumpcloud — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Data Privacy (Erasure) GDPR/CCPA deletion handled by POST /v2/data-privacy/erase-data-for-email, with data-for-email lookups on the read side; a write path used for compliance deletions. | Applications (SSO) SAML and OIDC SSO app configs; read via v2 /applications and their user/group assignments created and removed to control who can reach each connected app. | Data Privacy (Erasure) is specific to Gong and Applications (SSO) to Jumpcloud — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Calls Retrieved via POST /v2/calls/extensive with participants, topics, trackers, scorecards, and media URLs, filtered by fromDateTime/toDateTime; external recordings are also imported via POST /v2/calls with media uploaded via PUT /v2/calls/{id}/media. Read and write. | Policies Device configuration and MDM policies; read, created from templates, and updated via v2 /policies, then bound to systems and system groups to enforce settings across the fleet. | Calls is specific to Gong and Policies to Jumpcloud — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Transcripts Speaker-attributed, timestamped sentences retrieved via POST /v2/calls/transcript for one or more callIds; available only after asynchronous processing completes. Read-only. | Commands Scripts and commands run on managed systems; full CRUD via v1 /commands, then triggered on target systems and groups for automation and remediation. | Transcripts is specific to Gong and Commands to Jumpcloud — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users Gong users and team members with roles, titles, email, and settings, read via GET /v2/users to map call owners and participants to CRM and warehouse identities. Read-only. | Directory Insights events Audit stream of logins and admin actions across SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, systems, and MDM; read-only, queried by POST and used as the change feed and SIEM source. | Users is specific to Gong and Directory Insights events to Jumpcloud — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Gong for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling POST /v2/calls/extensive on fromDateTime/toDateTime.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jumpcloud through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionJumpcloud notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. No database-style change log.

Pick the Gong and Jumpcloud objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Gong and Jumpcloud: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Gong's CRM Objects and Library), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Gong and Jumpcloud: Where a closed deal should provision access: Gong drives Jumpcloud; Where Jumpcloud governs your workforce: CRM users kept current; Deactivation and record hand-off. A won or activated customer in Gong can create or update the corresponding user or account in Jumpcloud, so provisioning starts from the CRM record instead of a separate ticket.
Gong: REST API on api.gong.io/v2 - retrieval endpoints (calls, transcript, users, stats, settings, library, logs) plus write endpoints for importing calls, uploading CRM data, and data-privacy erasure. Authentication: Basic authorization header combining an Access Key and Access Key Secret (created by a Gong technical admin, base64-encoded as key:secret); OAuth 2.0 Bearer tokens are supported for marketplace apps. Jumpcloud: JumpCloud REST API - v1 (console.jumpcloud.com/api) for Systems, System Users, and Commands; v2 (/api/v2) for User Groups, System Groups, Applications, Policies, and resource associations; plus the Directory Insights API (api.jumpcloud.com/insights/directory/v1/events) and Webhook Channels for outbound events. Authentication: Admin API key sent in the x-api-key header (keys are prefixed jca_, generated in the console with a 30-365 day expiry, and disabled for admins by default until enabled); an x-org-id header scopes calls to a single organization for MSP multi-tenant admins. System Context authorization (HMAC-signed) also exists for agent-run calls. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Gong: The public API has no outbound webhooks or change-data-capture; new and updated calls are found by polling POST /v2/calls/extensive on fromDateTime/toDateTime, and transcripts and analysis appear only after asynchronous processing. Jumpcloud: There is no database-style change log; change detection uses the Directory Insights API (POST queries, including the association_change event for user-to-group and policy-to-device changes) and Webhook Channels tied to Insights Rules that POST JSON to a registered endpoint. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Gong and Jumpcloud without custom code.
