Two-way sync
Changes in Gong or Logisense instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Gong and Logisense in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Gong knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Logisense knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Payment, Extension Attribute, Account, Contact in Logisense to Trackers & Scorecards, CRM Objects, Library, Data Privacy (Erasure) in Gong with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
When a contact or address is corrected in Gong, Logisense gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Finance sees the account owner and relationship history from Gong when chasing a balance, and sales sees that the chase is happening.
A won opportunity creates or updates the customer in Logisense with the right billing details, so invoicing starts without re-keying.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Gong objects | Logisense objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interaction Stats (Activity) Aggregated talk/listen ratios, interaction stats, and day-by-day user activity retrieved via POST /v2/stats endpoints; read out for coaching and engagement reporting. Read-only. | Invoice Generated billing documents with items, history, and status; typically read out to ERPs and warehouses for finance and reconciliation. | Interaction Stats (Activity) is specific to Gong and Invoice to Logisense — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Trackers & Scorecards Keyword and topic tracker definitions plus coaching scorecards, including answered scorecards, read from Settings as coaching and deal-risk signals. Read-only. | Payment Payment records whose status changes emit webhooks; read for cash reconciliation and to drive dunning and provisioning workflows. | Trackers & Scorecards is specific to Gong and Payment to Logisense — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| CRM Objects Accounts, opportunities, stages, and users uploaded into Gong through the CRM integration API so CRM context appears alongside conversations. Write (upload) path. | Extension Attribute Custom fields on entities via Extension/Attribute/Entity; discoverable so field mappings extend to org-specific data. | CRM Objects is specific to Gong and Extension Attribute to Logisense — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Library Call-library folders and folder content (curated calls and snippets) read via GET /v2/library/folders and /v2/library/folder-content. Read-only. | Account Customer or partner records holding billing settings; hierarchical parent-child, synced two-way with CRM and warehouse customer tables. | Library is specific to Gong and Account to Logisense — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Data Privacy (Erasure) GDPR/CCPA deletion handled by POST /v2/data-privacy/erase-data-for-email, with data-for-email lookups on the read side; a write path used for compliance deletions. | Contact People attached to an Account (billing, technical); synced two-way with CRM contacts and warehouse person records. | Data Privacy (Erasure) is specific to Gong and Contact to Logisense — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Calls Retrieved via POST /v2/calls/extensive with participants, topics, trackers, scorecards, and media URLs, filtered by fromDateTime/toDateTime; external recordings are also imported via POST /v2/calls with media uploaded via PUT /v2/calls/{id}/media. Read and write. | Package and Service Product catalog of offerings and their chargeable services (one-time, recurring, usage-based); read for reporting or written from a catalog source. | Calls is specific to Gong and Package and Service to Logisense — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Gong for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling POST /v2/calls/extensive on fromDateTime/toDateTime.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Logisense through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionLogisense notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook event subscriptions push near-real-time notifications on record status changes (e.g.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Gong and Logisense: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Gong's Interaction Stats (Activity) and Trackers & Scorecards), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Gong and Logisense: Billing detail changes flow back; Collections with context; Where Gong tracks deals: closed-won creates the finance record. When a contact or address is corrected in Gong, Logisense gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Gong: REST API on api.gong.io/v2 - retrieval endpoints (calls, transcript, users, stats, settings, library, logs) plus write endpoints for importing calls, uploading CRM data, and data-privacy erasure. Authentication: Basic authorization header combining an Access Key and Access Key Secret (created by a Gong technical admin, base64-encoded as key:secret); OAuth 2.0 Bearer tokens are supported for marketplace apps. Logisense: REST API (versioned, e.g. v9/v10). Authentication: JSON Web Token (JWT) bearer tokens obtained via the API and refreshed before expiry. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Logisense: Account Services represent the billable line items of a Package assigned to an account; catalog package and service pricing can be overridden at the account level. Gong: The public API has no outbound webhooks or change-data-capture; new and updated calls are found by polling POST /v2/calls/extensive on fromDateTime/toDateTime, and transcripts and analysis appear only after asynchronous processing. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Gong and Logisense without custom code.
