Two-way sync
Changes in Campfire instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Campfire across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Campfire and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Campfire exposes them.
The connector runs on Campfire's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.

Campfire is an AI-native ERP bought by finance teams at high-growth companies, typically as a modern alternative to QuickBooks or mid-market ERPs such as NetSuite. As the general ledger it becomes the financial system of record, concentrating AP and AR documents such as Bills, Invoices, and Credit Memos alongside banking data and journal entries. Its REST API at api.meetcampfire.com exposes these accounting workflows for integration.
Post alerts into a room when records change in a synced system such as a CRM or an operational database.
Notify a team room when a deal closes, a ticket escalates, or a sync job fails.
Route inbound lead or form submissions into the right room via a bot.
Send scheduled digest messages built from synced database queries.
Replicate Invoices, Credit Memos, and Bills into a warehouse next to CRM data so finance and RevOps reconcile billed revenue against pipeline.
Sync Journal Entries, Intercompany Journal Entries, and the Chart of Accounts to a reporting database for consolidation and audit workflows.
Pick the system you need to keep in sync with Campfire. Each page covers the sync setup, field mapping, and common workflows for that pair.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Campfire with its native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Campfire objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects the schema, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
FAQ
Campfire's core objects — Bill, Debit Memo, Invoice, Credit Memo and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via HTTP endpoints for bot integrations on a self-hosted instance, authenticated with API key — create an API user with a Super User Role in Campfire (Settings -> API Keys), generate an API Key secret, and provide it in the Stacksync connection setup. Changes are detected as follows — near real-time updates via change tracking (incremental sync); delete detection per object (some objects detected every 24h). Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Campfire propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Campfire integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Campfire and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Campfire data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
