Two-way sync
Changes in Rillet instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Rillet across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Rillet and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Rillet exposes them.
The connector runs on Rillet's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.
Changes in Rillet instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Rillet data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Rillet record.
Track your Rillet sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions.
Rillet is an AI-native accounting platform bought by controllers and finance operations leaders at SaaS companies to automate revenue recognition and the month-end close. It operates as the general ledger, sitting downstream of billing and CRM systems, so Customers, Invoices, Bills, and Journal Entries concentrate there. Vendor docs describe an OpenAPI-specified REST API with production and sandbox environments for moving that data in and out.
Keep customers and invoices aligned between Rillet and a CRM so finance and sales work from the same account records.
Mirror journal entries and contract revenue data into a warehouse for board and ARR reporting.
Push billing events from a product or usage-metering system into Rillet for revenue recognition.
Sync AR and collection status back to customer success tools ahead of renewals.
Two-way sync of Customers and Invoices between Rillet and a CRM-adjacent database so GTM teams see billing status and new customers reach the ledger without re-keying.
Replicate Accounts and Journal Entries to a warehouse for consolidated reporting and close review outside the ERP.
Pick the system you need to keep in sync with Rillet. Each page covers the sync setup, field mapping, and common workflows for that pair.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Rillet with its native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Rillet objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects the schema, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
FAQ
Rillet's core objects — Account, Customer, Vendor, Invoice and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments), authenticated with API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Changes are detected as follows — near real-time updates via change tracking; incremental sync per object, with delete detection (some objects checked every 1h or 4h). Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Rillet propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Rillet integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Rillet and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Rillet data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
As a data company, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure. Stacksync is built with security best practices to keep your data safe at every layer, and is DPF-certified for US, EU, UK and CH data transfers.
