Two-way sync
Changes in Marketo instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Marketo across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Marketo and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Marketo exposes them.
The connector runs on Marketo's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.
Changes in Marketo instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Marketo data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Marketo record.
Track your Marketo sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions.
Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage) is enterprise B2B marketing automation, owned by marketing operations and demand-generation teams. It is a system of engagement, not the system of record: Leads (keyed by email), Companies, Custom Objects, Static Lists, Programs, Smart Campaigns, and a rich Activity history of opens, clicks, and form fills all live there. RevOps and data teams need that engagement data flowing out to the CRM and warehouse, and enriched or scored records flowing back in to target campaigns.
Two-way sync Marketo Leads with a Postgres or warehouse table, matched on email, so RevOps queries and updates marketing profiles in SQL while marketers keep working in Marketo.
Push new and updated Leads and Companies from Salesforce or an ERP into Marketo via createOrUpdate (dedup on email) for lead nurturing and scoring.
Extract Marketo Activities (opens, clicks, form fills, Data Value Changes) through Bulk Activity Extract or Get Lead Activities into a warehouse for lead scoring and multi-touch attribution.
Load purchase or product-usage records into Custom Objects linked to Leads so nurture campaigns branch on behavior mastered in another system.
Add or remove Leads on Static Lists or set Program Member status from lifecycle stage computed downstream, then run a trigger Smart Campaign against them.
Sync Opportunities and Opportunity Roles into Marketo so revenue and pipeline data can drive account-aware nurture and reporting.
Pick the system you need to keep in sync with Marketo. Each page covers the sync setup, field mapping, and common workflows for that pair.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Marketo with its native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Marketo objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects the schema, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
FAQ
Marketo's core objects — Leads, Companies, Opportunities and Opportunity Roles, Custom Objects and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via Marketo REST API (JSON over HTTPS) for Leads, Companies, Opportunities, Custom Objects, Activities, Lists, Programs, and Campaigns, plus an asynchronous Bulk Import (leads) and Bulk Extract (leads/activities/program members/custom objects) API and an Asset REST API for emails, forms, and landing pages, authenticated with OAuth 2.0 client_credentials (2-legged): GET the Identity URL /oauth/token?grant_type=client_credentials with a Custom Service client_id and client_secret to receive an access token valid for 3600 seconds, then send it as Authorization: Bearer on each call. The instance base URL is https://{munchkinId}.mktorest.com; passing the token as an access_token query parameter is deprecated (removal July 31, 2026).. Changes are detected as follows — polling: Get Lead Changes and Get Lead Activities from a paging token seeded by a sinceDatetime, plus Get Deleted Leads, or Bulk Extract filtered on createdAt/updatedAt. Marketo's Webhooks are Smart Campaign flow-step outbound HTTP calls to a URL, not a general record-change subscription, so there is no push feed of arbitrary CRUD.. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Marketo propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Marketo integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Marketo and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Marketo data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
As a data company, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure. Stacksync is built with security best practices to keep your data safe at every layer, and is DPF-certified for US, EU, UK and CH data transfers.
