Marketo: Activities and Lead Changes are read-only; Marketo's Webhooks feature is a Smart Campaign flow step that POSTs to an external URL, not a subscription feed of record changes, so incremental sync relies on polling. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between BigQuery and Marketo without custom code.
