Iterable: Iterable REST API (JSON over HTTPS): Users, Events, Campaigns, Templates, Lists, Catalogs, and Commerce endpoints, plus a bulk Export API for historical data. Authentication: API key sent in the Api-Key HTTP header (also accepted as Api_Key; the name is case-insensitive). Keys are scoped by type - Server-side, JavaScript (Web SDK), or Mobile - with optional JWT-enabled keys. US projects use api.iterable.com; EU projects use api.eu.iterable.com. Rillet: REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments). Authentication: API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Rillet: Rillet is built for SaaS companies, with a general ledger organized around automated revenue recognition and month-end close. Iterable: Historical data comes from the Export API, which supports data types including emailSend, emailOpen, emailClick, emailBounce, emailComplaint, purchase, customEvent, and user, exported as JSON or CSV over a date range. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Iterable and Rillet without custom code.
