Two-way sync
Changes in Cvent or Rillet instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Cvent and Rillet in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Rillet records the money — who pays, how much, and whether they are current; Cvent decides who hears from the business and what they hear. The two overlap wherever the same customers and contacts matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by CSV exports or an overnight batch, campaigns target on stale billing data and finance works from lists marketing has already changed underneath it.
Stacksync syncs Vendor, Invoice, Credit Memo, Bill in Rillet with Budgets, Events, Contacts, Attendees and Registrations in Cvent field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields — finance keeps the revenue and payment truth, marketing keeps consent and engagement — and Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Email, phone, address, and opt-out flags kept in either system stay consistent in the other, so every send and record honors the latest preferences.
Plan tier, spend, or payment status from Rillet lands on the matching record in Cvent, so segments and targeting reflect who actually pays and how much.
Where both systems keep customer or contact records, an edit on either side propagates to the other, ending dual maintenance and the drift it creates.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Cvent objects | Rillet objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sessions Agenda items within an event; listed or created through the API and synced so session-level attendance feeds reporting tables. | Charge Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Sessions is specific to Cvent and Charge to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Speakers Speaker records tied to an event; synced two-way with a speaker database or CMS, with an updatedDate on each record for incremental pulls. | Reimbursement Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Speakers is specific to Cvent and Reimbursement to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Exhibitors Exhibitor and sponsor records; synced to a CRM or database to track booth, sponsorship, and lead-capture data per event. | Custom Field Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Exhibitors is specific to Cvent and Custom Field to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Surveys Survey definitions and responses; read out to a warehouse for post-event feedback analysis alongside attendance data. | Account Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Surveys is specific to Cvent and Account to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Budgets Event budget line items; read into a finance database or ERP to reconcile planned versus actual event spend. | Customer Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Budgets is specific to Cvent and Customer to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Events Top-level event containers created and updated through the Events endpoints; read out for reporting and written to provision events from an external system. | Vendor Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Events is specific to Cvent and Vendor to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionCvent notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Per-event webhooks push attendee, registration, session, and speaker changes.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Rillet through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionRillet pushes changes as they happen — webhook events backed by change data capture. Near real-time updates via change tracking.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Cvent–Rillet connection.
Changes in Cvent or Rillet instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Cvent or Rillet data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Cvent or Rillet record.
Track your Cvent ⇄ Rillet sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Cvent and Rillet.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Cvent and Rillet with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Cvent and Rillet objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Cvent and Rillet: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Cvent's Sessions and Speakers), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Rillet side: Vendor, Invoice, Credit Memo, Bill, plus custom fields where Rillet exposes them. On the Cvent side: Budgets, Events, Contacts, Attendees and Registrations. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Cvent and Rillet: Consent and contact details stay aligned; Revenue and billing signals reach the audience; One customer and contact list. Email, phone, address, and opt-out flags kept in either system stay consistent in the other, so every send and record honors the latest preferences.
Cvent: Cvent REST API (JSON over HTTPS at api-platform.cvent.com/ea, paginated list endpoints). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client-credentials flow: a client ID and secret are Basic-auth exchanged for a 60-minute bearer token at api-platform.cvent.com/ea/oauth2/token; legacy API-key and SOAP/CSN auth are deprecated. Rillet: REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments). Authentication: API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Rillet: Only 17 documented objects are supported. Cvent: Rate limits are tiered (Free at 1,000 calls/day up to Premium at 500,000 calls/day) and enforced both per-second and as a daily quota that resets at midnight UTC, returning 429 on exhaustion. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Cvent and Rillet without custom code.
