Two-way sync
Changes in Drift or Rillet instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Drift and Rillet in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Drift knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Rillet knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Customer, Vendor, Invoice, Credit Memo in Rillet to Accounts, Users, Playbooks, Meetings in Drift with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
Invoice and payment status from Rillet appears on the account in Drift, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
When a contact or address is corrected in Drift, Rillet gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Finance sees the account owner and relationship history from Drift when chasing a balance, and sales sees that the chase is happening.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Drift objects | Rillet objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accounts Company records used for account-based routing and targeting. | Account Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Playbooks Bot flows that generate conversations and qualify visitors. | Journal Entry Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Playbooks is specific to Drift and Journal Entry to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Meetings Meetings booked through Drift, synced to CRM as sales activities. | Invoice Payment Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Meetings is specific to Drift and Invoice Payment to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts Visitor and lead records created or matched from chat identities; the main CRM-sync object. | Charge Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Contacts is specific to Drift and Charge to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Conversations Chat threads with status and participants; the center of Drift's data model. | Reimbursement Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Conversations is specific to Drift and Reimbursement to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Messages Individual messages within a conversation, used for transcript and intent analysis. | Custom Field Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Messages is specific to Drift and Custom Field to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionDrift notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook events for new conversations, messages, and contact changes.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Rillet through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionRillet pushes changes as they happen — webhook events backed by change data capture. Near real-time updates via change tracking.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Drift–Rillet connection.
Changes in Drift or Rillet instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Drift or Rillet data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Drift or Rillet record.
Track your Drift ⇄ Rillet sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Drift and Rillet.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Drift and Rillet with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Drift and Rillet objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Drift and Rillet: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Drift's Accounts and Playbooks), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for Drift and Rillet: Payment status on the account; Billing detail changes flow back; Collections with context. Invoice and payment status from Rillet appears on the account in Drift, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
Drift: REST API. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via apps registered on the Drift developer platform. Rillet: REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments). Authentication: API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Rillet: The REST API authenticates with API keys and publishes an OpenAPI specification, with separate production and sandbox environments. Drift: Salesloft acquired Drift in 2024, and the standalone Drift platform has since been placed on a sunset path; teams should confirm current API availability and migration timelines with Salesloft before building new integrations. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Drift and Rillet without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Drift and Rillet records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Drift and Rillet connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Drift–Rillet integration in-house.
