Two-way sync
Changes in Rillet or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Rillet and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Xactly knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Rillet knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Customer, Vendor, Invoice, Credit Memo in Rillet to Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
Finance sees the account owner and relationship history from Xactly when chasing a balance, and sales sees that the chase is happening.
A won opportunity creates or updates the customer in Rillet with the right billing details, so invoicing starts without re-keying.
Invoice and payment status from Rillet appears on the account in Xactly, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Rillet objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invoice Payment Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Invoice Payment is specific to Rillet and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Charge Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Charge is specific to Rillet and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reimbursement Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Reimbursement is specific to Rillet and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Custom Field Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | Custom Field is specific to Rillet and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Account is specific to Rillet and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Customer Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Customer is specific to Rillet and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionRillet pushes changes as they happen — webhook events backed by change data capture. Near real-time updates via change tracking.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Rillet through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Rillet–Xactly connection.
Changes in Rillet or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Rillet or Xactly data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Rillet or Xactly record.
Track your Rillet ⇄ Xactly sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Rillet and Xactly.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Rillet and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Rillet and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Rillet and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Rillet's Invoice Payment and Charge), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Rillet and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Rillet and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Rillet–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Rillet and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Rillet: Near real-time updates via change tracking; incremental sync per object, with delete detection (some objects checked every 1h or 4h). On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Rillet side: Customer, Vendor, Invoice, Credit Memo, plus custom fields where Rillet exposes them. On the Xactly side: Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
