Two-way sync
Changes in ConnectWise or Rillet instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep ConnectWise and Rillet in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Rillet holds the financial truth: who the customers are, what they were billed, what they paid. ConnectWise is where part of the day-to-day work happens, and that work often involves the same customers and transactions. Without a live connection, the two drift apart, and people end up answering questions from stale copies.
Stacksync keeps Reimbursement, Custom Field, Account, Customer in Rillet and Configurations, Members, Activities, Companies in ConnectWise in sync, bi-directionally and in real time. Whatever records ConnectWise keeps and whatever events it produces, the overlap with Rillet is mapped field by field, and a change on either side shows up on the other within seconds.
There is no middleware to build, no API rate limits to babysit, and no nightly job that leaves the morning running on yesterday's data.
Front-line teams see invoice and payment status from Rillet next to the customer they are helping, without logging into the finance system.
Payment and charge activity flows into Rillet as it happens, so the books reflect reality without manual reconciliation.
A customer's details updated in either system update the other, so finance and the rest of the business stop maintaining two versions of the same customer.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| ConnectWise objects | Rillet objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invoices Billing records reconciled against accounting systems. | Invoice Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Agreements Recurring contracts and managed-service agreements used for billing reconciliation. | Vendor Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Agreements is specific to ConnectWise and Vendor to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Projects Project and phase records synced for delivery tracking outside the PSA. | Credit Memo Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Projects is specific to ConnectWise and Credit Memo to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Time Entries Logged technician time, often exported for payroll and invoicing checks. | Bill Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Time Entries is specific to ConnectWise and Bill to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Configurations Managed devices and assets tied to companies, useful for asset inventory syncs. | Journal Entry Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Configurations is specific to ConnectWise and Journal Entry to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Members Internal users and technicians referenced by tickets and time entries. | Invoice Payment Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Members is specific to ConnectWise and Invoice Payment to Rillet — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionConnectWise notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Callbacks (webhooks) on record changes, supplemented by polling on last-updated fields.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Rillet through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionRillet pushes changes as they happen — webhook events backed by change data capture. Near real-time updates via change tracking.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate ConnectWise and Rillet with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the ConnectWise and Rillet objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between ConnectWise and Rillet: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as ConnectWise's Invoices and Agreements), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Rillet side: Reimbursement, Custom Field, Account, Customer, plus custom fields where Rillet exposes them. On the ConnectWise side: Configurations, Members, Activities, Companies. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for ConnectWise and Rillet: Where ConnectWise handles customer conversations: billing context in view; Where ConnectWise collects payments or triggers charges: events land in Rillet; Where ConnectWise tracks people or companies: one identity. Front-line teams see invoice and payment status from Rillet next to the customer they are helping, without logging into the finance system.
ConnectWise: REST API. Authentication: Public/private API key pair for an API member, combined with a registered clientId, sent via Basic authentication. Rillet: REST API (OpenAPI-specified, with production and sandbox environments). Authentication: API key generated in Rillet (Organization Setting -> API Access); uncheck Read Only for bidirectional sync, check Read Only for one-way sync. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Rillet: Several objects (Subsidiary, Tax Rate, Product, Contract, Bank Account, Bank Transaction) do not support incremental sync — historic sync only. ConnectWise: List endpoints support a conditions query parameter for server-side filtering on field values, which reduces sync payloads. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between ConnectWise and Rillet without custom code.
