Two-way sync
Changes in Monday instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Monday across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Monday and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Monday exposes them.
The connector runs on Monday's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.
Changes in Monday instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Monday data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Monday record.
Track your Monday sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions.
monday.com is a Work OS owned by operations, PMO, and team leads — the day-to-day system of engagement where cross-functional work is tracked. Boards act as tables; Items hold the records (projects, tasks, tickets, campaigns, deals) with typed Column values for status, owner, dates, and numbers. Because teams live in it daily, it becomes the source of truth for project and workflow state that CRMs, ERPs, and databases need to read from and write into.
Two-way sync of Items and their Column values between a monday.com board and Postgres so ops teams work in SQL while project owners stay in monday.com.
Write closed deals or provisioning records from a CRM or ERP into monday.com Items to kick off delivery and onboarding boards.
Mirror monday.com Boards, Groups, and Subitems into a warehouse for cross-project reporting on status and timelines without CSV exports.
Push support tickets or orders from an operational database into monday.com Items, then read status Column values back when work completes.
Sync Updates and status changes from monday.com into a database so downstream tools and dashboards react to project progress in near real time.
Two-way sync Items and their Column values between a delivery board and Postgres: project owners update status in monday.com while an internal app reads and writes the same rows in SQL, changes flowing both directions via webhooks and mutations.
Pick the system you need to keep in sync with Monday. Each page covers the sync setup, field mapping, and common workflows for that pair.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Monday with its native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Monday objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects the schema, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
FAQ
Monday's core objects — Boards, Items, Subitems, Column values and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via GraphQL API (single endpoint, api.monday.com/v2), authenticated with OAuth 2.0 for installed apps, or a per-user personal API token (admin/member scope); a date-based API version is sent via request header. Changes are detected as follows — board-scoped webhooks (create_item, change_column_value, item_deleted, and similar) for real-time events; polling falls back to the item updated_at field. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Monday propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Monday integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Monday and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Monday data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
