Two-way sync
Changes in Campfire or Ukg Ready instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Campfire and Ukg Ready in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Each tool in Campfire keeps its own list of who can use it: users, members, or agents, along with the team they sit on and whether they are still active. Ukg Ready is the authoritative record of the same people as employees, with their department, manager, and employment status. When those two are connected only by manual account admin or a periodic export, the work tools drift: new hires wait days for access, team and manager changes never catch up, and people who have left keep standing accounts.
Stacksync syncs Fixed Asset, Fixed Asset Class, Bill, Debit Memo in Campfire with Employment / Positions, Compensation, Timesheet Entries, Accruals / Time Off in Ukg Ready bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, moved, or offboarded in Ukg Ready creates or updates the matching user in Campfire within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of spreadsheets and one-off account changes. Where Campfire captures details of its own, such as a corrected contact or a login identity, those can flow back to Ukg Ready in whichever direction you configure.
Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps its own extras; only the shared facts, who a person is, which team they belong to, and whether their access should be on, are held in agreement.
When someone changes teams or managers in Ukg Ready, the queues, ownership, or approvals in Campfire update to match, so work reaches whoever holds the role now.
A new hire recorded in Ukg Ready creates the matching user in Campfire with the right team and manager already set, so people can start working without waiting on a provisioning ticket.
When someone is marked as leaving in Ukg Ready, the matching account in Campfire is deactivated or flagged, so departures do not leave open access behind.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Campfire objects | Ukg Ready objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed Asset Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Reports (Report-as-a-Service) Scheduled IBM Cognos extracts used for bulk historical pulls that the per-employee REST endpoints are not built for. | Fixed Asset is specific to Campfire and Reports (Report-as-a-Service) to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Fixed Asset Class Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Employees Core person records (demographics, contact info, status, work location); synced two-way and mapped to HRIS or person tables in a database. | Fixed Asset Class is specific to Campfire and Employees to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Bill Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Employment / Positions Job title, department, employment type, hire and termination dates; read for org modeling and written when roles change. | Bill is specific to Campfire and Employment / Positions to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Debit Memo Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Compensation Salary or hourly rate, pay frequency, and FLSA status; often mastered elsewhere and written onto the employee record, or read into finance. | Debit Memo is specific to Campfire and Compensation to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Invoice Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Timesheet Entries Time-and-attendance punches, hours worked, and breaks; written from external time systems and read into warehouses for labor-cost reporting. | Invoice is specific to Campfire and Timesheet Entries to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Credit Memo Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Accruals / Time Off PTO balances, requests, and approver status; read for liability reporting and requests can be created against employee records. | Credit Memo is specific to Campfire and Accruals / Time Off to Ukg Ready — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionCampfire pushes changes as they happen — webhook events backed by change data capture. Near real-time updates via change tracking (incremental sync).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Ukg Ready through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionUkg Ready notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. UKG Webhooks for select events (employee.created, employee.updated, account/org changes) with HMAC signing.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Campfire through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Pick the Campfire and Ukg Ready objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Campfire and Ukg Ready: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Campfire's Fixed Asset and Fixed Asset Class), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Campfire and Ukg Ready: Where Campfire routes or assigns work by person: assignments follow the org; Onboarding: access ready on day one; Offboarding: no standing access after a departure. When someone changes teams or managers in Ukg Ready, the queues, ownership, or approvals in Campfire update to match, so work reaches whoever holds the role now.
Campfire: HTTP endpoints for bot integrations on a self-hosted instance. Authentication: API key — create an API user with a Super User Role in Campfire (Settings -> API Keys), generate an API Key secret, and provide it in the Stacksync connection setup. Ukg Ready: UKG Ready REST API (v1/v2) plus the Import Tool (XML transactions) and Report-as-a-Service (IBM Cognos); a legacy SOAP API also exists. Authentication: A 7-digit company short name, a Web API key (Company Setup > Login Config), and a dedicated API service-account user (username/password) are exchanged for a session Bearer token sent on every request; Onboarding/Recruiting endpoints use a separate authorization token. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Campfire: Fixed Asset Automation Match and Vendor Summary have no delete detection (objects cannot be deleted). Ukg Ready: Rate limits apply over roughly a 1-minute window; exceeding them returns HTTP 429, so high-volume syncs need pacing and backoff. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Campfire and Ukg Ready without custom code.
