Two-way sync
Changes in Logisense instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Logisense across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Logisense and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Logisense exposes them.
The connector runs on Logisense's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions.
LogiSense is the usage-based billing and subscription-monetization system of record, owned by RevOps, billing operations, and finance. It holds the commercial backbone: Accounts and their parent-child hierarchy, Contacts, catalog Packages and Services, per-account Account Services, rated Usage records, Invoices, and Payments. Because rating and invoicing originate here, CRM, product, and ERP systems continually read customer and invoice state from it and write accounts, package assignments, and usage into it.
Two-way sync Accounts and Contacts between LogiSense and a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot so billing and sales share one customer record.
Write new signups from a product database into LogiSense as Accounts with the correct Package and Account Services.
Stream Usage records from a warehouse or product event pipeline into LogiSense for rating and usage-based Invoices.
Sync Invoices and Payments out to an ERP such as NetSuite for revenue recognition and cash reconciliation.
Act on Payment Status Updated webhooks to update entitlements or dunning status in an operational database in near real time.
Two-way sync Accounts and Contacts between LogiSense and a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot so billing owns invoicing while sales keeps the customer record, with new signups written into LogiSense as Accounts.
Pick the system you need to keep in sync with Logisense. Each page covers the sync setup, field mapping, and common workflows for that pair.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Logisense with its native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Logisense objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects the schema, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
FAQ
Logisense's core objects — Account, Contact, Package and Service, Account Service and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via REST API (versioned, e.g. v9/v10), authenticated with JSON Web Token (JWT) bearer tokens obtained via the API and refreshed before expiry. Changes are detected as follows — webhook event subscriptions push near-real-time notifications on record status changes (e.g. Payment Status Updated), with a Webhook Monitor for retries; entities without webhook coverage are polled via filtered REST queries. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Logisense propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Logisense integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Logisense and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Logisense data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
