Two-way sync
Changes in Logisense or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Logisense and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Xactly knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Logisense knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Account, Contact, Package and Service, Account Service in Logisense to Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
Invoice and payment status from Logisense appears on the account in Xactly, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
When a contact or address is corrected in Xactly, Logisense gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Finance sees the account owner and relationship history from Xactly when chasing a balance, and sales sees that the chase is happening.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Logisense objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payment Payment records whose status changes emit webhooks; read for cash reconciliation and to drive dunning and provisioning workflows. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Payment is specific to Logisense and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Extension Attribute Custom fields on entities via Extension/Attribute/Entity; discoverable so field mappings extend to org-specific data. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | Extension Attribute is specific to Logisense and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account Customer or partner records holding billing settings; hierarchical parent-child, synced two-way with CRM and warehouse customer tables. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Account is specific to Logisense and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contact People attached to an Account (billing, technical); synced two-way with CRM contacts and warehouse person records. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Contact is specific to Logisense and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Package and Service Product catalog of offerings and their chargeable services (one-time, recurring, usage-based); read for reporting or written from a catalog source. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Package and Service is specific to Logisense and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account Service Billable line item of a Package assigned to an account; written when provisioning or changing a subscription, read for entitlement checks. | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Account Service is specific to Logisense and Orders to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionLogisense notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook event subscriptions push near-real-time notifications on record status changes (e.g.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Logisense through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Logisense–Xactly connection.
Changes in Logisense or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Logisense or Xactly data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Logisense or Xactly record.
Track your Logisense ⇄ Xactly sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Logisense and Xactly.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Logisense and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Logisense and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Logisense and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Logisense's Payment and Extension Attribute), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Logisense and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Logisense and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Logisense–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Logisense and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Logisense: Webhook event subscriptions push near-real-time notifications on record status changes (e.g. Payment Status Updated), with a Webhook Monitor for retries; entities without webhook coverage are polled via filtered REST queries. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Logisense side: Account, Contact, Package and Service, Account Service, plus custom fields where Logisense exposes them. On the Xactly side: Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
