Two-way sync
Changes in Eloqua instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Eloqua across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Eloqua and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Eloqua exposes them.
The connector runs on Eloqua's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.

Oracle Eloqua is the enterprise B2B marketing automation platform, owned by marketing operations and demand-generation teams inside large, often regulated organizations. It is the system of engagement for lead capture, nurture, scoring, and email: Contacts (keyed by email), Accounts, Custom Data Objects, campaign membership, and a rich Activity history of opens, clicks, form submits, and page views all live there. RevOps and data teams need that engagement data flowing out to the CRM and warehouse, and enriched or scored records flowing back in.
Two-way sync Contacts between Eloqua and a Postgres or warehouse table, matched on email, so ops teams query and update marketing profiles in SQL while marketers keep working in Eloqua.
Push new and updated Accounts and Contacts from Salesforce or an ERP into Eloqua for lead nurturing, matched on email and company.
Export email opens, clicks, form submits, and bounces from the Bulk API Activities export into a warehouse for lead scoring and multi-touch attribution.
Load purchase or product-usage records into Custom Data Objects linked to Contacts so nurture campaigns branch on behavior mastered in another system.
Add or remove Contacts from shared Contact Lists and Segments based on lifecycle stage computed downstream in a database.
Two-way sync of Eloqua Contacts with an operational Postgres database, matched on email, so downstream apps read and update marketing profiles in SQL while marketers keep working in Eloqua.
Pick the system you need to keep in sync with Eloqua. Each page covers the sync setup, field mapping, and common workflows for that pair.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Eloqua with its native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Eloqua objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects the schema, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
FAQ
Eloqua's core objects — Contacts, Accounts, Custom Data Objects, Activities and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via Bulk API 2.0 (contacts, accounts, custom data objects, activities) plus Application REST API (campaigns, emails, forms, lists), authenticated with OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code or Resource Owner Password Credentials grant; Client Credentials not supported) or HTTP Basic Auth with siteName + username + password; the instance base URL must first be discovered via the login.eloqua.com/id endpoint. Changes are detected as follows — polling via Bulk API exports filtered on a contact/account modified-date field using EML filter syntax; no general-purpose record-change webhook. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Eloqua propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Eloqua integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Eloqua and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Eloqua data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
