Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Eloqua instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Eloqua in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clari owns the customer relationship and the pipeline; Eloqua runs the campaigns, audiences, and outreach that fill it. The two overlap on the same people and companies — a lead in one system is a subscriber, a segment member, an event registrant, or an ad audience in the other. When that overlap is bridged by CSV exports or a nightly job, sales works from lists that no longer match reality and marketing keeps targeting people whose status has already moved on.
Stacksync syncs Forecast, Quota, Opportunities, Activity (Capture) in Clari with Contacts, Accounts, Custom Data Objects, Activities in Eloqua field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields — Clari can own account and opportunity status while Eloqua owns engagement and campaign membership — and Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
New leads or responders captured in Eloqua flow into Clari assigned and deduplicated, so nothing sits in a marketing list waiting for someone to export it.
When a contact or lead is created or edited in either system, the matching record appears or updates in the other, so campaigns reach real people and reps see who is already being marketed to.
Opens, clicks, form fills, event attendance, or ad responses recorded in Eloqua post back to the contact or account in Clari, so reps see interest before they reach out.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Eloqua objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Campaigns Multi-step campaign-canvas assets managed through the Application REST API; campaign membership and response data read out for attribution reporting. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Campaigns to Eloqua — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Emails Email creative and email-group assets managed via the Application REST API; usually read for reporting rather than written by a sync. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Emails to Eloqua — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Forms and Form Submits Form definitions and their submission data, accessed through the Application REST API; submissions read out into a warehouse for lead capture and analysis. | Quota is specific to Clari and Forms and Form Submits to Eloqua — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Contact Lists and Segments Shared lists (static) and segments (dynamic audiences); Contacts are added to or removed from shared lists based on lifecycle stage computed downstream. | Opportunities is specific to Clari and Contact Lists and Segments to Eloqua — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Contacts Core person records, keyed on email address as the unique identifier; imported/exported via the Bulk API and upserted on email, synced two-way with CRM, warehouse, and app databases. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Contacts to Eloqua — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Accounts Company records linked to Contacts via the account-linkage field; moved through the Bulk API and typically mastered in a CRM or ERP and written into Eloqua. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Accounts to Eloqua — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Eloqua through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Eloqua with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Eloqua objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Eloqua: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Audit Events and Forecast), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Clari and Eloqua: Where Eloqua generates leads: hand-off without re-keying; New and updated people stay in step; Where Eloqua captures engagement: activity lands on the record. New leads or responders captured in Eloqua flow into Clari assigned and deduplicated, so nothing sits in a marketing list waiting for someone to export it.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. Eloqua: Bulk API 2.0 (contacts, accounts, custom data objects, activities) plus Application REST API (campaigns, emails, forms, lists). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code or Resource Owner Password Credentials grant; Client Credentials not supported) or HTTP Basic Auth with siteName + username + password; the instance base URL must first be discovered via the login.eloqua.com/id endpoint. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Clari: No webhooks or change-data-capture; freshness depends on export cadence, bounded by roughly 1000 exports per rolling 30 days and 3 concurrent jobs per org. Eloqua: OAuth 2.0 supports Authorization Code and Resource Owner Password Credentials grants but not Client Credentials, and every call must target the instance base URL returned by the login.eloqua.com/id endpoint. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Eloqua without custom code.
