Two-way sync
Changes in Eloqua or Unleashed Software instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Eloqua and Unleashed Software in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Marketing runs on lists of people, but the list rarely knows which of those people are paying customers, what they ordered, or what they are worth. Unleashed Software holds exactly that: Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customers, Suppliers that record who the customer is, what they bought, and what they owe. When the two are joined only by a periodic export, campaigns go out against stale audiences, existing customers get prospecting emails, high-value accounts look the same as cold leads, and a canceled order still counts toward a segment.
Stacksync syncs Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customers, Suppliers in Unleashed Software with Emails, Forms and Form Submits, Contact Lists and Segments, Contacts in Eloqua in real time, and where both sides accept writes, in both directions. Customer, order, and invoice data maps field by field onto the contacts, audiences, or accounts Eloqua works with, so segmentation and personalization run on current purchase history instead of a month-old snapshot. Contact details and consent changes that originate in Eloqua flow back onto the record in Unleashed Software.
The strongest bridge between the two is identity and purchase history, who the customer is and what they have bought, so that is where most of the value sits. Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps the attributes the other has no use for; only the shared records are held in agreement.
Orders, invoices, and revenue totals from Unleashed Software land on the matching contact or account in Eloqua, so audiences are built from what customers actually bought and spent rather than from guesses.
Because Unleashed Software knows who is already a paying customer, Eloqua can exclude them from acquisition campaigns or single them out for renewal and cross-sell.
A person or company's contact details corrected in either system update the other, so marketing and the back office stop maintaining separate versions of the same record.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Eloqua objects | Unleashed Software objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact Lists and Segments Shared lists (static) and segments (dynamic audiences); Contacts are added to or removed from shared lists based on lifecycle stage computed downstream. | Suppliers Vendor records referenced on purchase orders. | Contact Lists and Segments is specific to Eloqua and Suppliers to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts Core person records, keyed on email address as the unique identifier; imported/exported via the Bulk API and upserted on email, synced two-way with CRM, warehouse, and app databases. | Warehouses Stock locations that scope inventory quantities and order fulfillment. | Contacts is specific to Eloqua and Warehouses to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts Company records linked to Contacts via the account-linkage field; moved through the Bulk API and typically mastered in a CRM or ERP and written into Eloqua. | Stock Adjustments Manual quantity or value corrections synced for audit and reporting. | Accounts is specific to Eloqua and Stock Adjustments to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Custom Data Objects Auxiliary data tables (CDOs) linked to Contacts for records like event registrations or purchases; synced via the Bulk API so nurture campaigns can branch on them. | Bills of Materials Production definitions used by assemblies; relevant for manufacturers syncing production data. | Custom Data Objects is specific to Eloqua and Bills of Materials to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activities Engagement events (email opens, clicks, form submits, bounces, page views, subscribes/unsubscribes) exported through the Bulk API activities export; read-only feed for scoring and attribution. | Invoices Sales invoices raised from orders, synced into accounting systems. | Activities is specific to Eloqua and Invoices to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Campaigns Multi-step campaign-canvas assets managed through the Application REST API; campaign membership and response data read out for attribution reporting. | Products SKU master records with pricing, units of measure, and inventory settings. | Campaigns is specific to Eloqua and Products to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Eloqua for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling via Bulk API exports filtered on a contact/account modified-date field using EML filter syntax.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Unleashed Software through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Eloqua and Unleashed Software: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Eloqua's Contact Lists and Segments and Contacts), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Eloqua: Bulk API 2.0 (contacts, accounts, custom data objects, activities) plus Application REST API (campaigns, emails, forms, lists). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code or Resource Owner Password Credentials grant; Client Credentials not supported) or HTTP Basic Auth with siteName + username + password; the instance base URL must first be discovered via the login.eloqua.com/id endpoint. Unleashed Software: REST API. Authentication: API ID plus API key, with each request signed using an HMAC-SHA256 of the query string. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Unleashed Software: Every API request must carry an HMAC-SHA256 signature of the query string generated with the account's API key, sent alongside the API ID header. Eloqua: Activity data (opens, clicks, form submits, bounces, page views) is export-only, so engagement history is read out of Eloqua but not written back. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Eloqua and Unleashed Software without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Eloqua and Unleashed Software records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Eloqua and Unleashed Software connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Eloqua–Unleashed Software integration in-house.
