Authentication: OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code or Resource Owner Password Credentials grant; Client Credentials not supported) or HTTP Basic Auth with siteName + username + password; the instance base URL must first be discovered via the login.eloqua.com/id endpoint. Sage 100: ODBC (ProvideX driver) for reads; Business Object Interface (BOI) or Sage-provided web services for writes. Sage 100: Writes should go through the Business Object Interface rather than direct file access, so module validation and GL postings are enforced. Eloqua: Contact records are keyed on email address; imports upsert against email as the default match key, so records without a valid email cannot be matched.
