Two-way sync
Changes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud instantly reflect across connected systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Two-way sync Salesforce Marketing Cloud across all your CRMs, databases, data warehouses, EDI systems, and AI tools, with custom workflows tailored to your data.
These objects sync between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and any connected system, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution. Custom fields are picked up from the live schema where Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposes them.
The connector runs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud's native API. Stacksync manages authentication, rate limits, retries, and schema changes so your team does not maintain integration code.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every connection.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is the enterprise cross-channel platform - email, SMS, push, and Journey Builder automation - owned by lifecycle and CRM marketing teams. It is a system of engagement, not the system of record: Data Extensions hold audience rows and custom data, while the durable customer record lives in the CRM and warehouse. Teams need segments and profile data flowing into Data Extensions to drive sends, and send/open/click/bounce tracking flowing back out to report on them.
Two-way sync Data Extension rows between Marketing Cloud and a Postgres database or warehouse so audience attributes and opt-out state stay aligned in both systems.
Push CRM or warehouse audience segments into Data Extensions via the async rows API (background bulk insert) so marketing sends to freshly built audiences without manual CSV imports.
Fire Journey Builder entry events (/interaction/v1/events) from an app or database when a contact acts, so behavioral journeys trigger on live events instead of scheduled batch loads.
Land tracking events - Sent, Open, Click, Bounce, Unsubscribe - from the SOAP tracking objects or Automation Studio Data Views into a warehouse table for per-send deliverability reporting.
Sync Contacts and Subscriber Key subscription status between Marketing Cloud and a CRM so suppression and opt-in state stay current before the next send.
Stream Event Notification Service callbacks for transactional sends, bounces, opens, and clicks into a database in near real time alongside CRM contact records.

FAQ
Salesforce Marketing Cloud's core objects — Data Extensions, Contacts / Subscribers, Journeys (Journey Builder), Content Assets (Content Builder) and custom fields — can sync with any of 302 other systems. Every integration is real-time and bidirectional, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution.
Via Two APIs on tenant-specific endpoints: a REST API (JSON over HTTPS) for Data Extensions, Journeys, Contacts, Content Builder, and Automations, plus a legacy SOAP API (ExactTarget WSDL) for tracking events and bulk Retrieve., authenticated with OAuth 2.0 via an Installed Package (Client ID + Client Secret). Server-to-server uses the client_credentials grant and web apps use authorization_code, both against {subdomain}.auth.marketingcloudapis.com/v2/token. The 20-minute access token response also returns the account's rest_instance_url and soap_instance_url.. Changes are detected as follows — the Event Notification Service (ENS) issues HTTPS POST callbacks for transactional Email and SMS events (sent, bounce, open, click) once a callback URL and subscription are registered and verified. There is no general data-change feed, so Data Extension and Data View syncs poll by date fields.. Stacksync manages rate limits, retries, and schema changes automatically.
Yes. Changes made in Salesforce Marketing Cloud propagate to the connected system and vice versa, in milliseconds. One-way flows are also supported when a direction should stay read-only.
Most Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations go live in minutes: authenticate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the other system, pick objects and fields, and enable the sync. No code and no infrastructure to manage.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Salesforce Marketing Cloud data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means records are not retained after a sync operation.
