Two-way sync
Changes in Sage 100 or Sage X3 instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Sage 100 and Sage X3 in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Companies run two ERPs for structural reasons: a two-tier setup with subsidiaries on lighter systems, an acquisition that brought its own stack, a split by function or region, or a migration that will take quarters. In all of these, some of the same organizations, people, and transactions exist in both systems, and keeping them aligned by hand is a standing tax on the back office.
Stacksync syncs Customers, Vendors, Inventory Items, Sales Orders in Sage 100 with Products, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Work Orders in Sage X3 bi-directionally and in real time, with field-level mapping across the two data models and conflict rules you define. A record changed in either system is reflected in the other within seconds, not at the next interface run.
Where subsidiaries run one system and headquarters runs the other, shared records and transactions flow up continuously, so consolidation starts from live data.
When one system is replacing the other, run both fully live during the transition and cut over without a data freeze.
Where both systems keep records of the same customers, suppliers, or organizations, a correction in either updates the other.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Sage 100 objects | Sage X3 objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Customers AR customer master records synced to CRMs for account and credit visibility. | Business Partners (Customers and Suppliers) Shared partner master synced with CRMs and procurement systems. | |
| Vendors AP vendor master records synced with procurement and payment tools. | Products Item master with units, costing, and site data, synced to commerce and PLM tools. | |
| Inventory Items Item master with pricing and quantities, synced to e-commerce catalogs. | Sales Orders Order documents written from external channels and read for fulfillment status. | |
| Sales Orders Order headers and lines, the usual write target for web and EDI orders. | Purchase Orders Procurement documents synced with supplier-facing systems. | |
| AR Invoices Billing documents synced outward for payment status and revenue reporting. | Work Orders Production orders read by MES and scheduling integrations. | |
| Purchase Orders Procurement documents read for spend and receiving workflows. | Stock / Inventory by site On-hand and allocated quantities per site, synced to storefronts and WMS. |

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Sage 100 and Sage X3.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Sage 100 and Sage X3 with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Sage 100 and Sage X3 objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Sage 100 and Sage X3: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Sage 100's Customers and Vendors), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Sage 100 and Sage X3: Two-tier roll-up; Migration in parallel; Shared master data. Where subsidiaries run one system and headquarters runs the other, shared records and transactions flow up continuously, so consolidation starts from live data.
Sage 100: ODBC (ProvideX driver) for reads; Business Object Interface (BOI) or Sage-provided web services for writes. Authentication: Sage 100 company and user credentials; ODBC DSN credentials for direct reads. Sage X3: SOAP and REST web services published from X3 business objects; direct SQL access to the underlying database on-prem. Authentication: Dedicated web-service user credentials (Basic auth) against configured connection pools. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Sage 100: Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90/200) is an on-premise ERP; its data files are exposed for reads through a ProvideX ODBC driver with module-prefixed tables such as AR_Customer and SO_SalesOrderHeader. Sage X3: X3 web services are generated from its business objects, so payloads mirror the on-screen entry transactions and enforce the same validation as manual entry. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Sage 100 and Sage X3 without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Sage 100 and Sage X3 records are not retained after a sync operation.
