Two-way sync
Changes in Ramp or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Ramp and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Xactly knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Ramp knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Funds (Spend Controls), General Ledger Accounts, Transactions, Cards in Ramp to Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
Invoice and payment status from Ramp appears on the account in Xactly, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
When a contact or address is corrected in Xactly, Ramp gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Finance sees the account owner and relationship history from Xactly when chasing a balance, and sales sees that the chase is happening.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Ramp objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reimbursements Out-of-pocket expense claims; read for reporting and marked ready-to-sync then synced to the ERP. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Reimbursements is specific to Ramp and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Bills Accounts-payable bills; created, updated, approved, and paid, then posted ready-to-sync and synced to accounting. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Bills is specific to Ramp and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Vendors Supplier records under the accounting namespace; uploaded and updated for AP matching and payments. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | Vendors is specific to Ramp and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Funds (Spend Controls) Spend controls governing card usage; read and created via the funds API to enforce budgets per user, department, or program. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Funds (Spend Controls) is specific to Ramp and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| General Ledger Accounts Chart-of-accounts entries uploaded from the ERP; accounting codings are posted back against transactions and bills. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | General Ledger Accounts is specific to Ramp and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Transactions Card purchase records with merchant, amount, and state; read for spend/GL sync and written back via accounting codings and sync status. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Transactions is specific to Ramp and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionRamp notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256 X-Ramp-Signature) for bill, transaction, reimbursement, vendor, and user events.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Ramp through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Ramp–Xactly connection.
Changes in Ramp or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Ramp or Xactly data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Ramp or Xactly record.
Track your Ramp ⇄ Xactly sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Ramp and Xactly.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Ramp and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Ramp and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Ramp and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Ramp's Reimbursements and Bills), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Ramp and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Ramp–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Ramp and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Ramp: Signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256 X-Ramp-Signature) for bill, transaction, reimbursement, vendor, and user events; otherwise poll incrementally (synced_after on transactions, from_created_at on bills) with keyset pagination, or read the audit-logs/events feed. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Ramp side: Funds (Spend Controls), General Ledger Accounts, Transactions, Cards, plus custom fields where Ramp exposes them. On the Xactly side: Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
