Two-way sync
Changes in Pigment or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Pigment and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Finance and sales describe the same customers in different systems. Xactly knows the relationship: who the contacts are and what is in motion with the account. Pigment knows the money: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is overdue. When the two are connected only by exports, each side works partly blind.
Stacksync links Scenarios, Data imports, Users and permissions, Applications in Pigment to Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets, Payment Summary (Payable) in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, updated billing details, invoice status, and payment activity move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. The result is one version of each customer, visible from both sides.
Invoice and payment status from Pigment appears on the account in Xactly, so reps see overdue balances before they promise the next order.
When a contact or address is corrected in Xactly, Pigment gets the update before the next invoice goes out.
Finance sees the account owner and relationship history from Xactly when chasing a balance, and sales sees that the chase is happening.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Pigment objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tables Row-based transactional data loaded into models from source systems | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Tables is specific to Pigment and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Scenarios Versions such as budget, forecast, and actuals that give exported figures their context | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Scenarios is specific to Pigment and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Data imports Scheduled loads that bring actuals from ERPs, CRMs, and HRIS into the model | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Data imports is specific to Pigment and Orders to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users and permissions Access controls governing which model areas a sync can touch | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Users and permissions is specific to Pigment and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Applications Planning models organized by domain such as finance, sales, or workforce | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Applications is specific to Pigment and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Metrics Multidimensional values holding plans and actuals; the main target for inbound data | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Metrics is specific to Pigment and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Pigment for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No change feed.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Pigment through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Pigment–Xactly connection.
Changes in Pigment or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Pigment or Xactly data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Pigment and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Pigment and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Pigment and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Pigment's Tables and Scenarios), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Pigment and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Pigment and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Pigment–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Pigment and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Pigment: No change feed; syncs run scheduled imports and exports. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Pigment side: Scenarios, Data imports, Users and permissions, Applications, plus custom fields where Pigment exposes them. On the Xactly side: Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets, Payment Summary (Payable). Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
