Two-way sync
Changes in Nuorder or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Nuorder and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Xactly holds the customer relationship: the contacts, accounts, and deals a go-to-market team works. Nuorder runs the buying side: who placed which order, what they bought, and where it ships. The two describe the same people and companies, and when they are connected only by exports, sales answers questions without recent orders in front of them while the store works from account details that changed weeks ago.
Stacksync links Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits in Xactly to Inventory (ATS), Pricing / Price Lists, Payments, Products in Nuorder with bi-directional, real-time sync. New customers, order activity, and corrected contact details move in whichever direction you configure, field by field, with conflicts resolved by rules you set. A record created or changed on either side shows up on the other within seconds, with no CSV exports and no nightly job.
The shared entity is the customer, matched on email or an external ID, so both systems agree on who the buyer is and the order history sits next to the relationship instead of in a separate tab.
Lifecycle stage, tier, or account owner set in Xactly syncs onto the customer record in Nuorder, so the buying side can act on how the relationship is classified.
Where Xactly tracks products or line items and Nuorder holds the catalog, shared items are matched on SKU so quotes, deals, and orders reference the same products.
A person who exists as a contact in Xactly and a buyer in Nuorder is kept as a single, deduplicated record, so both teams work from the same customer instead of two partial copies.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Nuorder objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orders Wholesale sales orders with nested line items and payment info; read via /api/orders/{status}/detail, created via /api/order/new (PUT), and advanced via /api/order/{id}/process and /cancel. | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Line Items SKU, quantity, and price rows nested inside each Order; the unit ERPs and fulfillment systems consume when an order is written out. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Line Items is specific to Nuorder and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Inventory (ATS) Available-to-sell stock levels updated via /api/inventory/{id} (PUT); usually written from a warehouse or ERP into NuORDER so buyers see accurate availability. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Inventory (ATS) is specific to Nuorder and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Pricing / Price Lists Wholesale and retail price data attached to products through the product data feeds; read out for margin reporting or written in during catalog loads. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Pricing / Price Lists is specific to Nuorder and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Payments Payment status and detail returned alongside Orders (the modified-orders date-range query returns the order plus its payment information); read-oriented in most syncs. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Payments is specific to Nuorder and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Products Fluent-schema catalog records (style, SKU, images, custom fields); brands push them in via /api/product/new (POST) and update via /api/product/{id} (PUT), typically mastered in a PIM or ERP. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Products is specific to Nuorder and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Nuorder for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling on modified date: a date-range order endpoint returns the IDs of orders changed within a UTC start/end window.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Nuorder through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Nuorder and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Nuorder's Orders and Line Items), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Nuorder and Xactly: Where Xactly segments customers: status travels to the store record; Where both keep product records: catalog and CRM products aligned; One customer identity across sales and store. Lifecycle stage, tier, or account owner set in Xactly syncs onto the customer record in Nuorder, so the buying side can act on how the relationship is classified.
Nuorder: REST API (JSON), with optional SFTP flat-file data feeds. Authentication: OAuth 1.0 — consumer key/secret plus an access token/secret issued per approved application in the NuORDER Portal (Admin > Settings > API Management > Approved Applications). Xactly: Xactly Connect REST API v2 (JSON), plus ODBC/JDBC drivers over the same ANSI-SQL data model. Incent data is exposed as SQL-queryable objects (for example xactly_order, xactly_credit, xactly_transaction, xactly_payment); data is loaded and extracted through Connect load/query steps and server-side ETL Pipelines. The base host is region/pod-specific (for example https://<pod>.xactlycorp.com). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 via the Xactly Connect API Gateway (bearer tokens issued on behalf of an Xactly Incent user), with HTTP Basic authentication using a dedicated Xactly Connect service-user's credentials also supported for the Connect REST API v2. The connecting user needs Connect/API access plus the relevant object permissions in Incent. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Xactly: Connect exposes Incent's data as ANSI-SQL-queryable objects (for example xactly_order, xactly_credit, xactly_transaction, xactly_payment) reachable over the Connect REST API v2 or ODBC/JDBC drivers, using the same SQL model for both query and load. Nuorder: Pagination is cursor-based via lastId/lastValue, surfaced in a 'next' response header that becomes null on the final page. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Nuorder and Xactly without custom code.
