Two-way sync
Changes in ConnectWise or Jobvite instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep ConnectWise and Jobvite in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Each tool in ConnectWise keeps its own list of who can use it: users, members, or agents, along with the team they sit on and whether they are still active. Jobvite is the authoritative record of the same people as employees, with their department, manager, and employment status. When those two are connected only by manual account admin or a periodic export, the work tools drift: new hires wait days for access, team and manager changes never catch up, and people who have left keep standing accounts.
Stacksync syncs Contacts, Service Tickets, Opportunities, Agreements in ConnectWise with New Hire, Employee, Attachment, Offer in Jobvite bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, moved, or offboarded in Jobvite creates or updates the matching user in ConnectWise within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of spreadsheets and one-off account changes. Where ConnectWise captures details of its own, such as a corrected contact or a login identity, those can flow back to Jobvite in whichever direction you configure.
Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps its own extras; only the shared facts, who a person is, which team they belong to, and whether their access should be on, are held in agreement.
A new hire recorded in Jobvite creates the matching user in ConnectWise with the right team and manager already set, so people can start working without waiting on a provisioning ticket.
When someone is marked as leaving in Jobvite, the matching account in ConnectWise is deactivated or flagged, so departures do not leave open access behind.
A person's name, title, contact details, or status corrected in either system updates the other, so both sides stop maintaining separate copies of the same person.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| ConnectWise objects | Jobvite objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time Entries Logged technician time, often exported for payroll and invoicing checks. | Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Time Entries is specific to ConnectWise and Requisition (Job) to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Invoices Billing records reconciled against accounting systems. | Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | Invoices is specific to ConnectWise and Application to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Configurations Managed devices and assets tied to companies, useful for asset inventory syncs. | Workflow Status The pipeline stage per application (Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired); updated through POST /candidate/updateCandidates to advance records. | Configurations is specific to ConnectWise and Workflow Status to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Members Internal users and technicians referenced by tickets and time entries. | New Hire Hired-candidate records surfaced in the candidate feed and via the candidate hired webhook; commonly written into an HRIS or onboarding tool. | Members is specific to ConnectWise and New Hire to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activities Sales and service activity records synced for engagement reporting. | Employee Employee roster pushed through POST /employee (Onboard sync), used for referral matching and internal-mobility job postings. | Activities is specific to ConnectWise and Employee to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Companies Client and prospect account records that anchor most other PSA data in a sync. | Attachment Resumes, cover letters, and files attached to a candidate; synced out to object storage or a document management system. | Companies is specific to ConnectWise and Attachment to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionConnectWise notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Callbacks (webhooks) on record changes, supplemented by polling on last-updated fields.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jobvite through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to ConnectWise through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between ConnectWise and Jobvite: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as ConnectWise's Time Entries and Invoices), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed ConnectWise and Jobvite connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom ConnectWise–Jobvite integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both ConnectWise and Jobvite. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on ConnectWise: Callbacks (webhooks) on record changes, supplemented by polling on last-updated fields. On Jobvite: A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events; otherwise Stacksync polls the candidate and job feeds on a schedule and diffs results, since records carry no per-item modified-date filter. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the ConnectWise side: Contacts, Service Tickets, Opportunities, Agreements, plus custom fields where ConnectWise exposes them. On the Jobvite side: New Hire, Employee, Attachment, Offer. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
