Two-way sync
Changes in Front or Jobvite instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Front and Jobvite in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Each tool in Front keeps its own list of who can use it: users, members, or agents, along with the team they sit on and whether they are still active. Jobvite is the authoritative record of the same people as employees, with their department, manager, and employment status. When those two are connected only by manual account admin or a periodic export, the work tools drift: new hires wait days for access, team and manager changes never catch up, and people who have left keep standing accounts.
Stacksync syncs Accounts, Inboxes, Tags, Teammates in Front with Employee, Attachment, Offer, Candidate in Jobvite bi-directionally and in real time. A person added, moved, or offboarded in Jobvite creates or updates the matching user in Front within seconds, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of spreadsheets and one-off account changes. Where Front captures details of its own, such as a corrected contact or a login identity, those can flow back to Jobvite in whichever direction you configure.
Because the sync is field-level, each system keeps its own extras; only the shared facts, who a person is, which team they belong to, and whether their access should be on, are held in agreement.
A new hire recorded in Jobvite creates the matching user in Front with the right team and manager already set, so people can start working without waiting on a provisioning ticket.
When someone is marked as leaving in Jobvite, the matching account in Front is deactivated or flagged, so departures do not leave open access behind.
A person's name, title, contact details, or status corrected in either system updates the other, so both sides stop maintaining separate copies of the same person.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Front objects | Jobvite objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Teammates Agents; used for ownership mapping and workload reporting. | Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Teammates is specific to Front and Candidate to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Channels Connected addresses (email, SMS, chat); define where messages originate and send from. | Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Channels is specific to Front and Requisition (Job) to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Conversations The central threaded unit that messages, comments, and tags attach to; synced for support analytics. | Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | Conversations is specific to Front and Application to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Messages Inbound and outbound emails, chats, and SMS within a conversation; read out for response-time reporting. | Workflow Status The pipeline stage per application (Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired); updated through POST /candidate/updateCandidates to advance records. | Messages is specific to Front and Workflow Status to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Comments Internal team notes on conversations; usually read-only in syncs. | New Hire Hired-candidate records surfaced in the candidate feed and via the candidate hired webhook; commonly written into an HRIS or onboarding tool. | Comments is specific to Front and New Hire to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts People across channels; matched to CRM contacts, with custom fields carrying external context. | Employee Employee roster pushed through POST /employee (Onboard sync), used for referral matching and internal-mobility job postings. | Contacts is specific to Front and Employee to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionFront notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Application webhooks and rule-triggered webhooks, with the events endpoint available for polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jobvite through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Front through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Front–Jobvite connection.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Front and Jobvite with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Front and Jobvite objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Front and Jobvite: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Front's Teammates and Channels), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Front: REST API (Core API). Authentication: OAuth authorization via the Stacksync UI ("Connections" > "create new connection" > "Front" > "Authorize") — no coding required. Jobvite: REST API (JSON) with candidate, requisition (job), and employee feed endpoints under https://api.jobvite.com/{version}. Authentication: API key (api) and secret (sc) plus company ID (companyId), sent in request headers since Jobvite's April 1, 2024 move from URL-query to header-based auth. Credentials are provisioned per customer by Jobvite Support. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Front: Object coverage is limited to 4 objects (Accounts, Contacts, Contact Groups, Events). Jobvite: Candidate writes go through POST /candidate/updateCandidates rather than per-field PATCH, so status and disposition changes are submitted as candidate update payloads. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Front and Jobvite without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Front and Jobvite records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Front and Jobvite connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Front–Jobvite integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Front and Jobvite. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
