Real-time sync
Changes in Clari or ZoomInfo instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and ZoomInfo in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
ZoomInfo is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Clari, so Clari always reflects the current state of ZoomInfo — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
Keep both CRMs accurate while the merged team decides on a target system, instead of freezing one and losing months of updates.
When one CRM is replacing the other, run both fully live until cutover, with no snapshot gap and no data freeze.
Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | ZoomInfo objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Technographics Technology install data per company, used for segmentation and territory planning. | Quota is specific to Clari and Technographics to ZoomInfo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Company Hierarchies Parent and subsidiary linkage used to align CRM account hierarchies. | Opportunities is specific to Clari and Company Hierarchies to ZoomInfo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Company Profiles Firmographic records covering industry, size, revenue, and location, matched against CRM accounts. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Company Profiles to ZoomInfo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Contact Profiles Person records with title, email, phone, and company linkage, used to enrich leads and contacts. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Contact Profiles to ZoomInfo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Intent Signals Company-level topic scores indicating in-market buying behavior. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Intent Signals to ZoomInfo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Scoops Event-driven signals such as leadership changes, funding rounds, and new projects. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Scoops to ZoomInfo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryZoomInfo does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: ZoomInfo's output flows back as field updates on the originating Clari records.
DetectionStacksync polls ZoomInfo for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Scheduled re-enrichment and polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Clari through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Clari and ZoomInfo — ZoomInfo is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. ZoomInfo: REST API organized around search and enrich endpoints. Authentication: API credentials exchanged for a short-lived JWT. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Clari: Reads are asynchronous bulk jobs: submit an export, poll job status (SCHEDULED/STARTED/DONE/FAILED), then download results — the one exception is Opportunity, which is read synchronously via GET /opportunity. ZoomInfo: Intent data is delivered as company-level topic scores rather than person-level events, which shapes how it maps onto CRM records. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and ZoomInfo without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and ZoomInfo records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clari and ZoomInfo connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clari–ZoomInfo integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clari and ZoomInfo. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
