Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Salesforce instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Salesforce in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Two CRMs in one company is more common than anyone plans for: an acquisition brings its own system, regions or business units standardize differently, or a migration is under way and both are live. In every case, some of the same companies and people exist in both systems, and every day of manual double entry pushes the copies further apart.
Stacksync syncs Opportunity field extensions, Audit Events, Forecast, Quota in Clari with Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities in Salesforce in real time and in both directions, with field-level mapping and matching on identifiers you choose. Update a record in either CRM and the other reflects it within seconds.
Keep both CRMs accurate while the merged team decides on a target system, instead of freezing one and losing months of updates.
When one CRM is replacing the other, run both fully live until cutover, with no snapshot gap and no data freeze.
Where each CRM serves a different team or region, sync just the shared accounts and contacts so handoffs and cross-sell work.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Salesforce objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Opportunities Deal records with stage and amount; synced to databases for pipeline reporting and to ERPs at close. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Forecast Exported per forecast tab and fiscal period via async jobs; includes submitted forecast calls, updates, manager adjustments, and CRM totals. Read-only. | Products and Price Books Catalog and pricing data; commonly mastered in an ERP and written into Salesforce. | Forecast is specific to Clari and Products and Price Books to Salesforce — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Custom Objects Org-specific tables with the __c suffix; discoverable via describe metadata so field mappings can be generated. | Quota is specific to Clari and Custom Objects to Salesforce — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Accounts Company records that anchor most syncs; typically mapped to customer tables in a database or ERP. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Accounts to Salesforce — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Contacts People linked to Accounts; synced two-way with marketing, support, and warehouse person records. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Contacts to Salesforce — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Leads Unqualified prospects; often written into Salesforce from enrichment or product-signup pipelines. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Leads to Salesforce — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Salesforce through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionChanges in Salesforce are captured at the source via change data capture — no polling loop against its API. Apex triggers are used whenever possible (Salesforce actively notifies Stacksync via an Apex trigger + callout class + remote site setting).

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Salesforce with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Salesforce objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Salesforce: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Opportunities and Forecast), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Clari: REST APIs on api.clari.com - Export API (v4, asynchronous bulk jobs for forecast, quota, activity, and audit) and Ingest API (v2, field extensions); Opportunity reads are synchronous via GET /opportunity. Authentication: API token in the apikey header, generated per user in Settings; ingest/partner endpoints also require a partnerkey header, and Copilot endpoints require X-Api-Key and X-Api-Password. Salesforce: REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs. Authentication: OAuth login via a Salesforce user (browser-based authorization flow); requires "API Enabled" permission for polling mode, plus "Author Apex" and "Customize Application" OR "Modify All Data" for trigger mode. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Clari: Reads are asynchronous bulk jobs: submit an export, poll job status (SCHEDULED/STARTED/DONE/FAILED), then download results — the one exception is Opportunity, which is read synchronously via GET /opportunity. Salesforce: Change Data Capture publishes create, update, delete, and undelete events on per-object channels, giving near-real-time change feeds without polling. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Salesforce without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and Salesforce records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clari and Salesforce connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clari–Salesforce integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clari and Salesforce. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
