Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Demandbase instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Demandbase in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clari owns the customer relationship and the pipeline; Demandbase runs the campaigns, audiences, and outreach that fill it. The two overlap on the same people and companies — a lead in one system is a subscriber, a segment member, an event registrant, or an ad audience in the other. When that overlap is bridged by CSV exports or a nightly job, sales works from lists that no longer match reality and marketing keeps targeting people whose status has already moved on.
Stacksync syncs Audit Events, Forecast, Quota, Opportunities in Clari with Campaigns, Account & Person Lists (Audiences), Company Details (B2B enrichment), Change Subscriptions in Demandbase field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields — Clari can own account and opportunity status while Demandbase owns engagement and campaign membership — and Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
When a contact or lead is created or edited in either system, the matching record appears or updates in the other, so campaigns reach real people and reps see who is already being marketed to.
Opens, clicks, form fills, event attendance, or ad responses recorded in Demandbase post back to the contact or account in Clari, so reps see interest before they reach out.
Status, stage, or score set in one system updates the matching record in the other, so a lead marketing is still nurturing is not worked as sales-ready, and a closed account stops receiving prospecting.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Demandbase objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Opportunities Opportunity records synced from the CRM into Demandbase; exported with calculated insights and imported or updated through the Data Import API. Read and write. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | People (Persons) Contact/person records with verified business email, title, seniority, and quality grades; fetched and matched via the B2B Contact endpoints and exported or imported. | Quota is specific to Clari and People (Persons) to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Activities Engagement and custom activity records (web, campaign, intent); exported via Data Export and pushed in through the Data Import API using custom activity types. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Activities to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Campaigns Marketing campaign records and creative assets exported through the Data Export API; read-only reporting feed. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Campaigns to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Account & Person Lists (Audiences) Named account and person segments exported via Data Export; custom audiences pushed into Demandbase through the Data Import API. Read and write. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Account & Person Lists (Audiences) to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Company Details (B2B enrichment) Firmographics, technographics, competitors, and corporate family tree fetched by domain or name via the B2B Company Search and Details endpoints; read-only enrichment. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Company Details (B2B enrichment) to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Demandbase through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionDemandbase notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Subscription API webhooks - company firmographic, company news, family-tree (ownership), and person employment-change alerts to a configurable URL.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Demandbase with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Demandbase objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Demandbase: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Opportunities and Quota), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Clari: Reads are asynchronous bulk jobs: submit an export, poll job status (SCHEDULED/STARTED/DONE/FAILED), then download results — the one exception is Opportunity, which is read synchronously via GET /opportunity. Demandbase: Auth uses JWT bearer tokens from platform-level API Key Sets; each credential set expires after 8 hours, and legacy single-user tokens are deprecated. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Demandbase without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and Demandbase records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clari and Demandbase connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clari–Demandbase integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clari and Demandbase. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Clari: Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results); the ingest API supports an incremental mode for regular field updates. No webhooks. On Demandbase: Subscription API webhooks - company firmographic, company news, family-tree (ownership), and person employment-change alerts to a configurable URL secured with a signing secret; bulk reads run as async export jobs (submit, poll, download). No log-based CDC. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
