Two-way sync
Changes in Clari or Cvent instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Clari and Cvent in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Clari owns the customer relationship and the pipeline; Cvent runs the campaigns, audiences, and outreach that fill it. The two overlap on the same people and companies — a lead in one system is a subscriber, a segment member, an event registrant, or an ad audience in the other. When that overlap is bridged by CSV exports or a nightly job, sales works from lists that no longer match reality and marketing keeps targeting people whose status has already moved on.
Stacksync syncs Opportunity field extensions, Audit Events, Forecast, Quota in Clari with Sessions, Speakers, Exhibitors, Surveys in Cvent field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields — Clari can own account and opportunity status while Cvent owns engagement and campaign membership — and Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
New leads or responders captured in Cvent flow into Clari assigned and deduplicated, so nothing sits in a marketing list waiting for someone to export it.
When a contact or lead is created or edited in either system, the matching record appears or updates in the other, so campaigns reach real people and reps see who is already being marketed to.
Opens, clicks, form fills, event attendance, or ad responses recorded in Cvent post back to the contact or account in Clari, so reps see interest before they reach out.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Clari objects | Cvent objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quota Quota and quota-history values exported alongside forecast data, scoped by fiscal quarter; read-only, useful for warehouse attainment reporting. | Events Top-level event containers created and updated through the Events endpoints; read out for reporting and written to provision events from an external system. | Quota is specific to Clari and Events to Cvent — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunities Retrieved synchronously by ID from GET /opportunity (up to 100 IDs per call) with Clari CRM scoring and field-change history; read-only, mirroring the CRM opportunity Clari sits on. | Contacts Account-wide people database spanning every event; synced two-way with a CRM or warehouse as the shared audience source of truth via the Create Contacts endpoint. | Opportunities is specific to Clari and Contacts to Cvent — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Activity (Capture) Meetings, emails, and attachments captured by Clari and mapped to accounts and opportunities; exported read-only via async activity jobs. | Attendees and Registrations Per-event registrants; written in from CRM or marketing signup flows via POST /ea/attendees and read back out to a warehouse for attendance and registration-status reporting. | Activity (Capture) is specific to Clari and Attendees and Registrations to Cvent — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Account field extensions External data points written onto Account records through the ingest API in initial or incremental mode; requires an apikey plus a partnerkey. | Sessions Agenda items within an event; listed or created through the API and synced so session-level attendance feeds reporting tables. | Account field extensions is specific to Clari and Sessions to Cvent — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Opportunity field extensions Warehouse-computed fields pushed onto Opportunity records via the ingest API; up to 100 records per request or 10MB bulk files. | Speakers Speaker records tied to an event; synced two-way with a speaker database or CMS, with an updatedDate on each record for incremental pulls. | Opportunity field extensions is specific to Clari and Speakers to Cvent — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Audit Events User edits and system events exported with filtering by actor, session, and date range; read-only feed for change tracking and compliance. | Exhibitors Exhibitor and sponsor records; synced to a CRM or database to track booth, sponsorship, and lead-capture data per event. | Audit Events is specific to Clari and Exhibitors to Cvent — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Clari for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Cvent through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionCvent notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Per-event webhooks push attendee, registration, session, and speaker changes.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Clari and Cvent.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Clari and Cvent with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Clari and Cvent objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Clari and Cvent: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Clari's Quota and Opportunities), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Clari: Reads are asynchronous bulk jobs: submit an export, poll job status (SCHEDULED/STARTED/DONE/FAILED), then download results — the one exception is Opportunity, which is read synchronously via GET /opportunity. Cvent: The current unified REST API supersedes the legacy SOAP-based Cvent API and CSN API; API-key authentication is deprecated in favor of OAuth 2.0. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Clari and Cvent without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Clari and Cvent records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Clari and Cvent connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Clari–Cvent integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Clari and Cvent. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Clari: Polling — reads run as asynchronous export jobs (submit export, poll job status, download results); the ingest API supports an incremental mode for regular field updates. No webhooks. On Cvent: Per-event webhooks push attendee, registration, session, and speaker changes; list endpoints also expose updatedDate for polling and support on-demand manual sync. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
