Offboarding: no standing access after a departure

When someone is marked as leaving in BambooHR, the matching account in Quip is deactivated or flagged, so departures do not leave open access behind.

One employee directory

A person's name, title, contact details, or status corrected in either system updates the other, so both sides stop maintaining separate copies of the same person.

Org and team structure kept current
