Real-time sync
Changes in SuiteAnalytics or Sysaid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Sysaid, so Sysaid always reflects the current state of SuiteAnalytics — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
The ERP holds the records the business is run on, and it is rarely where day-to-day work happens. Sysaid is closer to the work, and the two often need the same facts about the same people, organizations, and transactions. Bridging them by hand, or by nightly file transfer, leaves each side out of date for hours at a time.
Order, invoice, or account status from SuiteAnalytics appears alongside the customer in Sysaid, so front-line teams answer from live data.
Worker and organization data from SuiteAnalytics stays current in Sysaid, so the tools people use daily reflect the org as it actually is.
A customer, supplier, or contact detail corrected in either system updates the other, ending duplicate maintenance.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| SuiteAnalytics objects | Sysaid objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bin Transfer Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Configuration Items (CIs) CMDB entries and their relationships; synced with an external CMDB or asset database for one inventory view. | Bin Transfer is specific to SuiteAnalytics and Configuration Items (CIs) to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Currency Rate Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Companies Customer and department organizations that scope tickets and users; mapped to Accounts in a CRM or org tables in a database. | Currency Rate is specific to SuiteAnalytics and Companies to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Price Level Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Custom Fields Org-specific fields on service records, discoverable through the API so mappings can be generated without hardcoding names. | Price Level is specific to SuiteAnalytics and Custom Fields to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Term Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Incidents Break/fix tickets under /api/v1/sr with type=incident; created and updated two-way with status, priority, assignee, category, and SLA fields. | Term is specific to SuiteAnalytics and Incidents to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Subsidiary Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Service Requests Catalog and help-desk requests on the same /sr endpoint (type=request); written or read so fulfillment can be driven from another system. | Subsidiary is specific to SuiteAnalytics and Service Requests to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| All custom objects Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Problems Root-cause records that group related incidents; read and written to keep problem management aligned with an external ITSM or reporting store. | All custom objects is specific to SuiteAnalytics and Problems to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls SuiteAnalytics for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Sysaid through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSysaid notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks (beta) push sr.created and sr.updated events with changed-field diffs and an X-Sysaid-Signature.
DeliverySuiteAnalytics does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: SuiteAnalytics's output flows back as field updates on the originating Sysaid records.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every SuiteAnalytics–Sysaid connection.
Changes in SuiteAnalytics or Sysaid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever SuiteAnalytics or Sysaid data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single SuiteAnalytics or Sysaid record.
Track your SuiteAnalytics ⇄ Sysaid sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid — SuiteAnalytics is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
SuiteAnalytics: SQL over ODBC, JDBC, and ADO.NET (SuiteAnalytics Connect). Authentication: NetSuite Token-Based Authentication: create an integration record (Consumer ID + Consumer Secret), an access token (Token ID + Token Secret), a role with SuiteAnalytics Connect and SuiteAnalytics Connect - Read All. Sysaid: REST API (JSON). Authentication: Client-credentials app keys: an application key (clientId/clientSecret) is created via /v1/application-keys, then exchanged at /v1/access-tokens for a bearer token (default 24h, up to 30 days); an x-sysaid-accountid header scopes the account. Legacy V0 uses session-cookie login. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Sysaid: SysAid ships cloud and on-premise editions; on-prem instances must be network-reachable from Stacksync, and the legacy V0 API uses session-cookie login instead of tokens. SuiteAnalytics: Read-only connector: SuiteAnalytics is designed for BI/reporting, no write-back to NetSuite via this connector. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom SuiteAnalytics–Sysaid integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both SuiteAnalytics and Sysaid. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
