Quip: The Automation API is rate limited to roughly 50 requests per minute per access token and returns HTTP 503 when exceeded, which constrains large backfills. Sysaid: Webhooks are in beta and currently emit only service-record events (sr.created, sr.updated); users, assets, and CIs are not yet covered and need polling. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Quip and Sysaid without custom code.
