Two-way sync
Changes in Plex ERP or Sysaid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Plex ERP and Sysaid in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The ERP holds the records the business is run on, and it is rarely where day-to-day work happens. Sysaid is closer to the work, and the two often need the same facts about the same people, organizations, and transactions. Bridging them by hand, or by nightly file transfer, leaves each side out of date for hours at a time.
Stacksync syncs Configuration Items (CIs), Companies, Custom Fields, Incidents in Sysaid with Shipments, Quality records, Parts, Inventory in Plex ERP bi-directionally and in real time, with field-level mapping and rules for which system wins on conflict. Changes made where the work happens reach the system of record within seconds, and the reverse.
Order, invoice, or account status from Plex ERP appears alongside the customer in Sysaid, so front-line teams answer from live data.
Worker and organization data from Plex ERP stays current in Sysaid, so the tools people use daily reflect the org as it actually is.
A customer, supplier, or contact detail corrected in either system updates the other, ending duplicate maintenance.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Plex ERP objects | Sysaid objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suppliers Vendor records aligned with procurement and AP tools | Changes Change records (type=change) with approval and scheduling fields; synced two-way to drive CAB review and deployment workflows. | Suppliers is specific to Plex ERP and Changes to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Shipments Outbound logistics records synced to trading partners and tracking systems | Users End users and admins on the /users endpoint; synced with an HRIS or identity source to keep requester and agent records current. | Shipments is specific to Plex ERP and Users to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Quality records Checksheet and inspection data pulled into plant dashboards | Assets Hardware and software inventory; read out to a warehouse or written from a discovery or CMDB source of truth. | Quality records is specific to Plex ERP and Assets to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Parts Item master records shared with CRM, e-commerce, and planning tools | Configuration Items (CIs) CMDB entries and their relationships; synced with an external CMDB or asset database for one inventory view. | Parts is specific to Plex ERP and Configuration Items (CIs) to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Inventory On-hand balances and locations replicated for visibility outside the plant system | Companies Customer and department organizations that scope tickets and users; mapped to Accounts in a CRM or org tables in a database. | Inventory is specific to Plex ERP and Companies to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Production jobs Shop-floor work records combining ERP and MES data for output reporting | Custom Fields Org-specific fields on service records, discoverable through the API so mappings can be generated without hardcoding names. | Production jobs is specific to Plex ERP and Custom Fields to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Plex ERP for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Sysaid through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSysaid notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks (beta) push sr.created and sr.updated events with changed-field diffs and an X-Sysaid-Signature.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Plex ERP and Sysaid with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Plex ERP and Sysaid objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Plex ERP and Sysaid: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Plex ERP's Suppliers and Shipments), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Plex ERP: REST APIs plus legacy SOAP web services. Authentication: API keys issued through the Plex Developer Portal. Sysaid: REST API (JSON). Authentication: Client-credentials app keys: an application key (clientId/clientSecret) is created via /v1/application-keys, then exchanged at /v1/access-tokens for a bearer token (default 24h, up to 30 days); an x-sysaid-accountid header scopes the account. Legacy V0 uses session-cookie login. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Sysaid: Webhooks are in beta and currently emit only service-record events (sr.created, sr.updated); users, assets, and CIs are not yet covered and need polling. Plex ERP: Plex combines ERP and MES in one cloud system, so production, quality, and inventory data share a data model with orders and financials. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Plex ERP and Sysaid without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Plex ERP and Sysaid records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Plex ERP and Sysaid connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Plex ERP–Sysaid integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Plex ERP and Sysaid. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
