Two-way sync
Changes in Pendo or Sage Intacct instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Pendo and Sage Intacct in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
ERP data is some of the most requested data for analysis and some of the hardest to pull: the record types are many, the APIs are strict, and export jobs break on every upgrade. Whether Sage Intacct carries financials, operations, workforce data, or all three, those numbers belong in Pendo, next to the product, behavioral, and web data the team already measures.
Stacksync syncs Customers, Vendors, AR Invoices, AP Bills from Sage Intacct into Pendo continuously, handling API limits and schema drift as it goes, so each record type arrives as Poll / NPS Responses, Features / Pages / Guides (metadata), Visitors, Accounts ready to report on. The connection is bi-directional, so segments, scores, and metrics computed in Pendo can be written back to fields in Sage Intacct where that is useful.
Operational records from Sage Intacct become measurable in Pendo, joinable with the rest of what the company tracks for supply and fulfillment reporting.
Worker and organization data from Sage Intacct syncs into Pendo for headcount, cost, and utilization reporting alongside other company data.
Segments, scores, or metrics computed in Pendo sync onto the matching records in Sage Intacct, so operations act on what the analysis found.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Pendo objects | Sage Intacct objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poll / NPS Responses Survey answers and NPS scores captured in-app (pollEvents / npsEvents); read-only via the Aggregation API as voice-of-customer data. | Dimensions Location, Department, Project, Class and similar tags carried on every synced transaction line. | Poll / NPS Responses is specific to Pendo and Dimensions to Sage Intacct — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Features / Pages / Guides (metadata) Definitions of tagged UI elements listed through the entity endpoints; read-only reference used to label and join the event streams. | Employees Employee records used for expense and payroll-adjacent syncs. | Features / Pages / Guides (metadata) is specific to Pendo and Employees to Sage Intacct — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Visitors End-user records with agent-collected and custom fields; queried through the Aggregation API and enriched with custom fields written back via the Metadata API. | GL Accounts Chart of accounts read for mapping synced transactions. | Visitors is specific to Pendo and GL Accounts to Sage Intacct — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts Company/workspace records that roll visitors up to an account dimension; readable via Aggregation and a write target for custom fields (plan, ARR, health) via the Metadata API. | Journal Entries GL activity written from external systems and replicated to warehouses. | Accounts is specific to Pendo and Journal Entries to Sage Intacct — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Feature Events Click/interaction events on tagged features, read-only through the Aggregation API over an event-time window and joined to the Feature definitions. | Customers AR masters synced bi-directionally with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. | Feature Events is specific to Pendo and Customers to Sage Intacct — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Page Events Page-view events for tagged pages; read-only via the Aggregation API, used for adoption and path analysis in a warehouse. | Vendors AP masters kept aligned with procurement and payment platforms. | Page Events is specific to Pendo and Vendors to Sage Intacct — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Pendo for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling - reads query the Aggregation API over event-time windows.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Sage Intacct through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Pendo and Sage Intacct with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Pendo and Sage Intacct objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Pendo and Sage Intacct: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Pendo's Poll / NPS Responses and Features / Pages / Guides (metadata)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Pendo and Sage Intacct: Where Sage Intacct runs operations: inventory and fulfillment metrics; Where Sage Intacct is the HR system of record: workforce and cost analysis; Write-back where Sage Intacct exposes writable fields: segments and scores return. Operational records from Sage Intacct become measurable in Pendo, joinable with the rest of what the company tracks for supply and fulfillment reporting.
Pendo: Pendo Engage API (REST) on app.pendo.io (US) / app.eu.pendo.io (EU), base path /api/v1/ - Aggregation API for reads and the Metadata API for writes. Authentication: Integration key sent in the x-pendo-integration-key header, generated in Subscription Settings; keys are scoped read-only or read/write, so writes require a read/write key. Sage Intacct: XML web services gateway; REST API on newer releases. Authentication: Web Services sender ID plus company login (session-based) on the XML gateway; OAuth 2.0 on the REST API. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Pendo: Pendo has no data-change webhooks; syncs poll the Aggregation API over event-time windows, and heavy queries can return 429, so wide backfills are paced and time-windowed. Sage Intacct: Intacct's GL is dimension-based: transactions are tagged with dimensions such as Location, Department, Project, and Class instead of hard-coded account segment strings, so syncs map source attributes to dimension values. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Pendo and Sage Intacct without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Pendo and Sage Intacct records are not retained after a sync operation.
