Two-way sync
Changes in Jobvite or Outreach instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jobvite and Outreach in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Outreach runs on people as much as on accounts: every contact, deal, and account has an owner, and those owners are employees whose roles, teams, and status are held in Jobvite. Jobvite is the system of record for the workforce, from new hires to promotions to departures, and often for the candidates the business is still deciding on. When the two systems are connected only by re-keying or an overnight export, they drift apart, and the CRM ends up assigning accounts to people who have left, holding territories that no longer match the org chart, and waiting days to give a new rep access.
Stacksync syncs Sequences, Sequence states, Mailings, Calls in Outreach with New Hire, Employee, Attachment, Offer in Jobvite field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields, so Jobvite stays authoritative on roles and org structure while Outreach keeps ownership and territory current, and Stacksync resolves conflicts by the rules you set.
When Jobvite records a new hire, a matching user or owner is created in Outreach, so a new rep can start working accounts without waiting on a manual setup ticket.
When a person changes team, manager, or region in Jobvite, their accounts and territory assignments in Outreach update to match, so pipeline stays with the right owner.
When Jobvite marks a worker as departed, the matching user in Outreach is flagged or deactivated, so former employees do not keep CRM access after their last day.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Jobvite objects | Outreach objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Offer Offer state tied to an application (extended, accepted, declined); read out for offer-acceptance reporting and written to downstream comp or HR systems. | Calls Logged call records synced into engagement reporting | Offer is specific to Jobvite and Calls to Outreach — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Tasks Rep action items mirrored between Outreach and the CRM | Candidate is specific to Jobvite and Tasks to Outreach — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Opportunities Deal records used to tie engagement to pipeline outcomes | Requisition (Job) is specific to Jobvite and Opportunities to Outreach — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Application Links a candidate to one requisition with its workflow state; read for pipeline reporting and status written back through the candidate update call. | Users Seat holders used to resolve ownership on synced records | Application is specific to Jobvite and Users to Outreach — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Workflow Status The pipeline stage per application (Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired); updated through POST /candidate/updateCandidates to advance records. | Mailboxes Connected sending accounts referenced when attributing outbound activity | Workflow Status is specific to Jobvite and Mailboxes to Outreach — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| New Hire Hired-candidate records surfaced in the candidate feed and via the candidate hired webhook; commonly written into an HRIS or onboarding tool. | Prospects The people being engaged; the main record kept in sync with the CRM | New Hire is specific to Jobvite and Prospects to Outreach — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Outreach through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionOutreach notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook subscriptions on resource create, update, and destroy events, plus polling.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Jobvite and Outreach with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Jobvite and Outreach objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jobvite and Outreach: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jobvite's Offer and Candidate), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Jobvite and Outreach: New team members provisioned when they are hired; Ownership and territory follow the org chart; Deactivate access when someone leaves. When Jobvite records a new hire, a matching user or owner is created in Outreach, so a new rep can start working accounts without waiting on a manual setup ticket.
Jobvite: REST API (JSON) with candidate, requisition (job), and employee feed endpoints under https://api.jobvite.com/{version}. Authentication: API key (api) and secret (sc) plus company ID (companyId), sent in request headers since Jobvite's April 1, 2024 move from URL-query to header-based auth. Credentials are provisioned per customer by Jobvite Support. Outreach: REST API conforming to the JSON:API specification. Authentication: OAuth 2.0. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Outreach: Sequence enrollment is modeled as its own resource (sequence states), so adding a prospect to a cadence is a normal record write rather than a special action. Jobvite: Candidate writes go through POST /candidate/updateCandidates rather than per-field PATCH, so status and disposition changes are submitted as candidate update payloads. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Jobvite and Outreach without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Jobvite and Outreach records are not retained after a sync operation.
