Real-time sync
Changes in 6sense or Jobvite instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep 6sense and Jobvite in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
6sense is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Jobvite, so Jobvite always reflects the current state of 6sense — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
6sense runs on people as much as on accounts: every contact, deal, and account has an owner, and those owners are employees whose roles, teams, and status are held in Jobvite. Jobvite is the system of record for the workforce, from new hires to promotions to departures, and often for the candidates the business is still deciding on. When the two systems are connected only by re-keying or an overnight export, they drift apart, and the CRM ends up assigning accounts to people who have left, holding territories that no longer match the org chart, and waiting days to give a new rep access.
When Jobvite marks a worker as departed, the matching user in 6sense is flagged or deactivated, so former employees do not keep CRM access after their last day.
A person's name, title, email, phone, or manager corrected in either system updates the other, so both stop maintaining separate copies of the same individual.
A person recorded in Jobvite, such as a candidate or applicant, can create or update the matching contact in 6sense, so relationship history and outreach are not rebuilt from scratch when the same individual appears in both.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| 6sense objects | Jobvite objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Segments Dynamic account lists built from intent and fit criteria, read out to drive targeting. | New Hire Hired-candidate records surfaced in the candidate feed and via the candidate hired webhook; commonly written into an HRIS or onboarding tool. | Segments is specific to 6sense and New Hire to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Buying Stage Scores Model-predicted stage per account, synced onto CRM records for prioritization. | Employee Employee roster pushed through POST /employee (Onboard sync), used for referral matching and internal-mobility job postings. | Buying Stage Scores is specific to 6sense and Employee to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Intent Signals Keyword-level research activity used to flag in-market accounts. | Attachment Resumes, cover letters, and files attached to a candidate; synced out to object storage or a document management system. | Intent Signals is specific to 6sense and Attachment to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People / Contacts Persona and contact data surfaced for accounts, used to build outreach lists. | Offer Offer state tied to an application (extended, accepted, declined); read out for offer-acceptance reporting and written to downstream comp or HR systems. | People / Contacts is specific to 6sense and Offer to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reach Scores Model scores reflecting the level and recency of outreach to an account or contact, used to prioritize follow-up. | Candidate Read from the candidate feed (GET /candidate) and written back via POST /candidate/updateCandidates to change status, notes, and disposition on each record. | Reach Scores is specific to 6sense and Candidate to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts Company records enriched with firmographics and intent data, matched to CRM accounts. | Requisition (Job) Job openings created or updated through POST /job and read from GET /jobFeed; maps to opening tables in an ATS reporting warehouse. | Accounts is specific to 6sense and Requisition (Job) to Jobvite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls 6sense for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Jobvite through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionJobvite notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. A candidate hired webhook, configured per customer by a Jobvite rep, POSTs to a custom URL on hire/offer-accepted events.
Delivery6sense does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: 6sense's output flows back as field updates on the originating Jobvite records.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between 6sense and Jobvite — 6sense is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
6sense is a read-only source, so this integration runs one-way: Stacksync reads from 6sense in real time and delivers into Jobvite. Field mapping and monitoring work the same as for two-way pairs.
Common patterns for 6sense and Jobvite: Deactivate access when someone leaves; One directory of people; Where Jobvite tracks people the business also engages: contacts stay in sync. When Jobvite marks a worker as departed, the matching user in 6sense is flagged or deactivated, so former employees do not keep CRM access after their last day.
6sense: REST API. Authentication: API key (token passed in request headers). Jobvite: REST API (JSON) with candidate, requisition (job), and employee feed endpoints under https://api.jobvite.com/{version}. Authentication: API key (api) and secret (sc) plus company ID (companyId), sent in request headers since Jobvite's April 1, 2024 move from URL-query to header-based auth. Credentials are provisioned per customer by Jobvite Support. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
6sense: 6sense models classify accounts into predicted buying stages, and these stage values are the fields most teams sync into CRM and routing logic. Jobvite: As of April 1, 2024 Jobvite requires credentials (api key plus sc secret) in request headers; the older URL-query authentication was retired. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between 6sense and Jobvite without custom code.
