Two-way sync
Changes in Ironclad or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Ironclad and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Ironclad holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Obligations, Webhooks, Workflow Approvals, Signature Packets in Ironclad to Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Ironclad update the matching contact or account in Xactly, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Ironclad can store and use it.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Xactly, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Charges, refunds, and subscription changes appear on the account in Xactly, so revenue context lives with the relationship.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Xactly sync into Ironclad, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Ironclad objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Webhooks Event subscriptions that push workflow, approval, signature, document, and comment changes to Stacksync in near real time; created, listed, and deleted through the API across 40+ event types. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Webhooks is specific to Ironclad and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Workflow Approvals Per-workflow approval requests and their state; read to report approval status and cycle time, and status changes arrive live through the workflow_approval_status_changed event. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Workflow Approvals is specific to Ironclad and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Signature Packets The e-signature packets on a workflow (sent, signatures collected, fully signed); read to track signing progress, with packet events delivered by webhook for real-time status. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | Signature Packets is specific to Ironclad and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Workflow Documents Draft and executed documents attached to a workflow; retrieved to pull generated or signed files out into a document store or archive. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Workflow Documents is specific to Ironclad and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Workflows The core unit of Ironclad: a live contract process (NDA, MSA, order form) moving through creation, review, approval, and signature. Launched via POST, updated via PATCH, and read for status, so contract processes move two-way between Ironclad and a database, CRM, or ERP. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Workflows is specific to Ironclad and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Records The Repository of executed and stored contracts with metadata (value, counterparty, key dates, type) and attachments; full create, read, update, and delete so signed-contract data and PDFs sync to a warehouse, ERP, or CRM. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Records is specific to Ironclad and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionIronclad notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Native webhook subscriptions (POST /webhooks) fire on 40+ workflow, approval, signature, document, and comment events, and Ironclad retries a failing.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Ironclad through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Ironclad and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Ironclad and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Ironclad and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Ironclad's Webhooks and Workflow Approvals), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Ironclad and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Ironclad–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Ironclad and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Ironclad: Native webhook subscriptions (POST /webhooks) fire on 40+ workflow, approval, signature, document, and comment events, and Ironclad retries a failing endpoint up to 10 times over about 13.6 hours with exponential backoff. Otherwise poll the list endpoints by last-updated. There is no database change-data-capture log. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Ironclad side: Obligations, Webhooks, Workflow Approvals, Signature Packets, plus custom fields where Ironclad exposes them. On the Xactly side: Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees), Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
