Two-way sync
Changes in Klaviyo or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Klaviyo and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Klaviyo holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Profiles, Lists, Segments, Events in Klaviyo to Positions & Titles, Quotas / Targets, Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Klaviyo update the matching contact or account in Xactly, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Klaviyo can store and use it.
Charges, refunds, and subscription changes appear on the account in Xactly, so revenue context lives with the relationship.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Xactly sync into Klaviyo, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Prospects, sends, and replies sync into Xactly, keeping lead status current without manual imports.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Klaviyo objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Templates Message templates are accessible via API for content management workflows. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Templates is specific to Klaviyo and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Catalog Items Product catalog records synced from an ERP or PIM power product blocks and back-in-stock triggers. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Catalog Items is specific to Klaviyo and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Tags Organizational labels on campaigns, flows, and lists support reporting rollups. | Orders Sales order and transaction records loaded into Incent as the raw input for crediting and calculation; created and updated through Connect load and ETL steps (write) and read back for reconciliation, so read and write. | Tags is specific to Klaviyo and Orders to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Profiles Person records with arbitrary custom properties are the target for CRM and warehouse-sourced attributes. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Profiles is specific to Klaviyo and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Lists Static audience memberships sync in from CRMs and forms for targeting. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Lists is specific to Klaviyo and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Segments Dynamic audiences are readable so other tools can mirror who qualifies. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Segments is specific to Klaviyo and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionKlaviyo notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Polling on updated timestamps.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Klaviyo through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Klaviyo–Xactly connection.
Changes in Klaviyo or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Klaviyo or Xactly data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Klaviyo or Xactly record.
Track your Klaviyo ⇄ Xactly sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Klaviyo and Xactly.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Klaviyo and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Klaviyo and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Klaviyo and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Klaviyo's Templates and Catalog Items), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Klaviyo: API versioning is handled with a date-based revision header, letting integrations pin behavior to a specific release. Xactly: Xactly does not publish numeric rate limits; the platform enforces query concurrency and long-query limits, so high-volume loads and extracts run as asynchronous Connect jobs and paged reads rather than row-by-row calls. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Klaviyo and Xactly without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Klaviyo and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Klaviyo and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Klaviyo–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Klaviyo and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Klaviyo: Polling on updated timestamps; outbound webhooks exist for event topics (availability depends on plan or app-partner status) and as flow webhook actions. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
