Two-way sync
Changes in Full Enrich or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Full Enrich and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Full Enrich holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Stacksync connects Phone numbers, Credits, Enrichment requests, Contacts in Full Enrich to Orders, Credits, Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees) in Xactly with bi-directional, real-time sync. Activity and record changes in Full Enrich update the matching contact or account in Xactly, and CRM data flows the other way wherever Full Enrich can store and use it.
Enriched fields land directly on records in Xactly, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from Xactly sync into Full Enrich, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Prospects, sends, and replies sync into Xactly, keeping lead status current without manual imports.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Full Enrich objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credits Account balance consumed on successful finds; monitored to pace sync jobs. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. | |
| Enrichment results Completed records fetched by request ID or delivered via webhook. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Enrichment results is specific to Full Enrich and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Emails Returned addresses with verification status, written back to the CRM or database. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | Emails is specific to Full Enrich and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Phone numbers Returned mobile and direct-dial numbers from the provider waterfall. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | Phone numbers is specific to Full Enrich and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Enrichment requests Submitted batches of contacts to enrich; processed asynchronously by the waterfall. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Enrichment requests is specific to Full Enrich and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Contacts The person inputs (name plus company or domain) sent for enrichment. | Products & Customers Product and customer/account master used in crediting rules and reporting; loaded and updated from CRM/ERP through Connect (write) and read for lookups, so read and write. | Contacts is specific to Full Enrich and Products & Customers to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionFull Enrich notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook callbacks when enrichment batches complete, with polling of result endpoints as a fallback.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Full Enrich through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Full Enrich and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Full Enrich's Credits and Enrichment results), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.

Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Full Enrich and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Full Enrich: Webhook callbacks when enrichment batches complete, with polling of result endpoints as a fallback. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Full Enrich side: Phone numbers, Credits, Enrichment requests, Contacts, plus custom fields where Full Enrich exposes them. On the Xactly side: Orders, Credits, Transactions (Commission & Bonus), Participants (Payees). Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
