Two-way sync
Changes in Infobip or Xactly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Infobip and Xactly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Xactly holds the people the business talks to: the contacts, their phone numbers and email addresses, and which rep owns the relationship. Infobip is where the talking happens, whether that is calls, texts, email, or meetings. The two depend on the same people, and when the contact list in one drifts from the other, outreach goes to stale numbers and the record of what was said never makes it back to the account.
Stacksync syncs Payment Summary (Payable), Products & Customers, Orders, Credits in Xactly with Persons (People CDP), SMS Messages, WhatsApp Messages, Email in Infobip field by field, in real time, and in both directions. Current contact details flow out to Infobip so it can reach the right person, and the calls, messages, and meetings Infobip produces flow back onto the matching record in Xactly. You decide which system owns which fields, and conflicts resolve by rules you set.
A number, address, or unsubscribe recorded in either system updates the other, so no one calls a disconnected line or messages someone who opted out.
A contact created or updated in Xactly appears in Infobip within seconds, so outreach starts without exporting a list or re-keying numbers.
Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and the owning rep from Xactly stay current in Infobip, so every call, text, or email goes to the right person at the right address.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Infobip objects | Xactly objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Numbers / Senders Provisioned phone numbers and sender IDs used as message origins, listed and managed via the Numbers API; read to map which sender each message flows through. | Credits Crediting records that tie an order to a participant and position; system-calculated credits are read, while manual and adjustment credits are loaded through Connect, so read and write. | Numbers / Senders is specific to Infobip and Credits to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Delivery Reports & Logs Per-message delivery status, seen/read receipts, and error codes; pulled from GET /sms/1/reports and /sms/1/logs within a short retention window, or pushed in real time to a configured notifyUrl webhook. | Transactions (Commission & Bonus) Calculated commission and bonus line items produced by Incent's calculation engine; read as the output of comp runs for reporting and downstream payout, so effectively read-only results. | Delivery Reports & Logs is specific to Infobip and Transactions (Commission & Bonus) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Persons (People CDP) Contact profiles in the People module holding attributes, tags, and multi-channel contact data (mobile, email); full CRUD via GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /people/2/persons, so Infobip is both a source and a destination for contact records. | Participants (Payees) Sales reps and payees keyed to positions; loaded and updated from HRIS/HCM source data through Connect (write) and read for roster reporting, so read and write. | Persons (People CDP) is specific to Infobip and Participants (Payees) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| SMS Messages Outbound SMS sent via POST /sms/3/messages (legacy /sms/2/text/advanced); sent-message logs and delivery/seen reports read via GET /sms/1/logs and /sms/1/reports, with delivery reports and inbound (MO) messages pushed to a notifyUrl webhook. | Positions & Titles Org-hierarchy positions and titles that credits and quotas roll up to; loaded and maintained through Connect (write) and read to resolve the hierarchy, so read and write. | SMS Messages is specific to Infobip and Positions & Titles to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| WhatsApp Messages Template, text, and media WhatsApp messages sent via POST /whatsapp/1/message/*; message status and inbound replies delivered by webhook, and approved message templates are managed under the WhatsApp sender. | Quotas / Targets Period quota and target values per position or plan; loaded from planning tools through Connect (write) and read for attainment reporting, so read and write. | WhatsApp Messages is specific to Infobip and Quotas / Targets to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Email Transactional and bulk email sent via POST /email/3/send (multipart form); delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe events arrive by webhook, and sending domains are managed through the /email/1/domains endpoints. | Payment Summary (Payable) Approved payable amounts per participant per period; read as the output that feeds payroll and accounts payable, so effectively read-only. | Email is specific to Infobip and Payment Summary (Payable) to Xactly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionInfobip notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Delivery reports, seen/read receipts, and inbound (mobile-originated) messages are pushed in real time to a configured notifyUrl webhook per channel.
DeliveryEach detected change is applied to Xactly as a row-level write, with types converted between the two schemas.
DetectionStacksync polls Xactly for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. No CDC log for external tools to consume.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Infobip through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Infobip and Xactly.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Infobip and Xactly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Infobip and Xactly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Infobip and Xactly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Infobip's Numbers / Senders and Delivery Reports & Logs), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Xactly: Xactly does not publish numeric rate limits; the platform enforces query concurrency and long-query limits, so high-volume loads and extracts run as asynchronous Connect jobs and paged reads rather than row-by-row calls. Infobip: The People module exposes full CRUD over persons (/people/2/persons), so Infobip is both a readable source and a writable destination for contact data — not a send-only channel. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Infobip and Xactly without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Infobip and Xactly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Infobip and Xactly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Infobip–Xactly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Infobip and Xactly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Infobip: Delivery reports, seen/read receipts, and inbound (mobile-originated) messages are pushed in real time to a configured notifyUrl webhook per channel; message logs/reports (GET /sms/1/logs, /sms/1/reports) and People list endpoints are polled as a fallback. On Xactly: No CDC log for external tools to consume. Incremental sync uses SQL predicates on modified/last-updated timestamp columns (for example WHERE modified_date > watermark) against Connect's queryable objects, or scheduled Connect ETL Pipelines that pull deltas since the last run. Xactly Connect has no outbound HTTP webhooks, so change detection is pull/ETL-based. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
