Two-way sync
Changes in Infobip or Insightly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Infobip and Insightly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Insightly holds the people the business talks to: the contacts, their phone numbers and email addresses, and which rep owns the relationship. Infobip is where the talking happens, whether that is calls, texts, email, or meetings. The two depend on the same people, and when the contact list in one drifts from the other, outreach goes to stale numbers and the record of what was said never makes it back to the account.
Stacksync syncs Contacts, Organizations, Leads, Opportunities in Insightly with Conversations, Numbers / Senders, Delivery Reports & Logs, Persons (People CDP) in Infobip field by field, in real time, and in both directions. Current contact details flow out to Infobip so it can reach the right person, and the calls, messages, and meetings Infobip produces flow back onto the matching record in Insightly. You decide which system owns which fields, and conflicts resolve by rules you set.
Activity handled in Infobip appears on the matching contact and account in Insightly, so the next person sees the full history without leaving the CRM.
Sends, bounces, opens, and replies from Infobip update fields on the contact in Insightly, so lead status reflects what actually reached the person.
A number, address, or unsubscribe recorded in either system updates the other, so no one calls a disconnected line or messages someone who opted out.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Infobip objects | Insightly objects | How this pairing syncs | |

| SMS Messages Outbound SMS sent via POST /sms/3/messages (legacy /sms/2/text/advanced); sent-message logs and delivery/seen reports read via GET /sms/1/logs and /sms/1/reports, with delivery reports and inbound (MO) messages pushed to a notifyUrl webhook. | Projects Delivery records created from won opportunities sync with PSA and task tools. | SMS Messages is specific to Infobip and Projects to Insightly — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |

Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Infobip and Insightly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Infobip's Conversations and Numbers / Senders), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.

Common patterns for Infobip and Insightly: Calls, messages, and meetings on the record; Where Infobip sends at scale: delivery and reply status back on the contact; One contact list, opt-outs included. Activity handled in Infobip appears on the matching contact and account in Insightly, so the next person sees the full history without leaving the CRM.
Infobip: Infobip omnichannel REST API (JSON over HTTPS) across per-channel resources (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voice), the People CDP, and Conversations; a unified Messages API also spans channels. Authentication: API key sent as the header 'Authorization: App <api-key>' (recommended), with HTTP Basic authentication and OAuth 2.0 also supported; keys are limited by per-endpoint scopes, and every request must target the account's personalized base URL. Insightly: REST API (versioned). Authentication: API key sent via HTTP Basic authentication. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Insightly: The API authenticates with a per-user API key passed over HTTP Basic authentication rather than an OAuth flow. Infobip: Every Infobip account has a unique personalized base URL (for example, xxxxx.api.infobip.com) that must be used for account-specific API calls. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Infobip and Insightly without custom code.
