Two-way sync
Changes in Chorusai or Pendo instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Chorusai and Pendo in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Pendo turns data into dashboards, cohorts, and metrics; Chorusai is where customers, contacts, deals, and activity actually live and change. The two meet wherever a number is really about a specific account, segment, or stage — yet most teams feed the CRM into analytics as a nightly extract or a hand-maintained connector, so the reporting lags the business and can't be sliced by the customers and segments that matter.
Stacksync syncs Deals, Scorecards, Moments, Playlists from Chorusai into Pendo field by field and within seconds, so every dashboard and cohort runs on current records instead of a stale copy. Because the connection runs both ways, the cohorts, scores, and metrics computed in Pendo write back to fields in Chorusai, landing where the people working accounts can see them. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Cohorts, scores, and computed metrics from Pendo sync onto fields in Chorusai, putting the analysis where reps and owners actually work the accounts.
The same account or person is keyed consistently in both systems, so a profile or row in Pendo lines up with the contact or account in Chorusai.
A continuously synced copy of Chorusai's records and activity in Pendo keeps a queryable history even as records change or age out of the CRM.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Chorusai objects | Pendo objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trackers AI keyword and topic trackers (pricing, competitors, next steps) surfaced within a conversation; read out as coaching and deal-risk signals. | Page Events Page-view events for tagged pages; read-only via the Aggregation API, used for adoption and path analysis in a warehouse. | Trackers is specific to Chorusai and Page Events to Pendo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Deals CRM opportunity context attached to a conversation (account, deal, owner); read to attribute call activity to open pipeline. | Guide Events Guide seen/advanced/dismissed and step events for in-app walkthroughs; read-only through the Aggregation API to measure onboarding flow adoption. | Deals is specific to Chorusai and Guide Events to Pendo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Scorecards Call QA and coaching assessments with reviewer, recipient, and scores; read and exported for rep-performance reporting. | Poll / NPS Responses Survey answers and NPS scores captured in-app (pollEvents / npsEvents); read-only via the Aggregation API as voice-of-customer data. | Scorecards is specific to Chorusai and Poll / NPS Responses to Pendo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Moments Timestamped highlight clips from a conversation; created via the API to capture key call snippets. | Features / Pages / Guides (metadata) Definitions of tagged UI elements listed through the entity endpoints; read-only reference used to label and join the event streams. | Moments is specific to Chorusai and Features / Pages / Guides (metadata) to Pendo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Playlists Curated collections of Moments and Recordings; created and managed to share coaching examples across teams. | Visitors End-user records with agent-collected and custom fields; queried through the Aggregation API and enriched with custom fields written back via the Metadata API. | Playlists is specific to Chorusai and Visitors to Pendo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Engagements Meetings and dialer calls, the core record; filterable by date_time, participants, and processing_state, and polled incrementally to read conversation activity out. | Accounts Company/workspace records that roll visitors up to an account dimension; readable via Aggregation and a write target for custom fields (plan, ARR, health) via the Metadata API. | Engagements is specific to Chorusai and Accounts to Pendo — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Chorusai for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling the engagements endpoint on date_time and processing_state.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Pendo through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Chorusai and Pendo: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Chorusai's Trackers and Deals), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Chorusai and Pendo: Where Chorusai accepts updates: segments and scores back on the record; One customer across analytics and CRM; A record that outlives edits in the CRM. Cohorts, scores, and computed metrics from Pendo sync onto fields in Chorusai, putting the analysis where reps and owners actually work the accounts.
Chorusai: REST API (api-docs.chorus.ai). Authentication: Per-user API token generated in Chorus Personal Settings, sent in the Authorization request header. Pendo: Pendo Engage API (REST) on app.pendo.io (US) / app.eu.pendo.io (EU), base path /api/v1/ - Aggregation API for reads and the Metadata API for writes. Authentication: Integration key sent in the x-pendo-integration-key header, generated in Subscription Settings; keys are scoped read-only or read/write, so writes require a read/write key. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Pendo: The only write path is the Metadata API, which sets custom Visitor and Account fields (single Set Value or bulk Set Values); it writes to writable groups such as custom and cannot create events or edit agent-collected fields. Chorusai: Engagement transcripts, utterances, and trackers are only available after asynchronous processing completes, so a just-ended call may return without analysis for several minutes. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Chorusai and Pendo without custom code.
