Two-way sync
Changes in Auth0 or Syspro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Auth0 and Syspro in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
An ERP and an identity system describe the same workforce from two angles. Syspro holds the authoritative record of who works at the company, and often their department, title, manager, and cost center. Auth0 controls the accounts, groups, and access those same people use every day. When the two aren't connected, every hire, transfer, and departure has to be keyed twice, and the window between someone leaving in Syspro and their account still being active in Auth0 is a real security exposure.
Stacksync syncs GL journals, Warehouses, Customers, Suppliers in Syspro with Connections, Clients (Applications), Resource Servers (APIs), Log Events in Auth0 in real time, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly jobs. A new hire, a department change, or a termination propagates within seconds, and where you want changes to flow both ways — the ERP's org data into the directory, account status back into the ERP — the same mapping handles it.
That matters most at offboarding and audit time. When the directory reflects the ERP's current headcount and org structure, disabling access no longer depends on someone remembering to update a second system, and access reviews start from a roster both sides already agree on.
People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
A person added in one system gets a matching account or record in the other automatically, so a new hire can be granted access without anyone re-keying their details.
When a person is marked terminated or inactive in one system, the matching account is disabled in the other within seconds, closing the gap that leaves ex-employees with live access.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Auth0 objects | Syspro objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clients (Applications) Registered applications and their metadata under /api/v2/clients; mirrored to a database for app and credential inventories. | GL journals Financial postings extracted for consolidation and analytics. | Clients (Applications) is specific to Auth0 and GL journals to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Resource Servers (APIs) API definitions and their scopes; synced so permission catalogs used for access reviews stay current. | Warehouses Stocking locations that scope inventory balances. | Resource Servers (APIs) is specific to Auth0 and Warehouses to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Log Events Tenant events (logins, signups, failed logins, admin changes) from /api/v2/logs; read-only, streamed into a warehouse for security analytics. | Customers AR customer master records matched against CRM accounts. | Log Events is specific to Auth0 and Customers to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users Core identity records with profile fields plus user_metadata and app_metadata; synced two-way (create, update, delete) via /api/v2/users. Credentials are never returned. | Suppliers AP supplier records synced with procurement and payment systems. | Users is specific to Auth0 and Suppliers to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Roles RBAC role definitions and their permissions; synced with a database to audit which users hold which access, and assigned to Users from either side. | Inventory items The stock master, kept aligned with WMS and e-commerce catalogs. | Roles is specific to Auth0 and Inventory items to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Organizations B2B customer tenants under /api/v2/organizations; synced two-way with a CRM or customer database to keep account records aligned with Auth0 orgs. | Sales orders Orders written in from storefronts and CRMs, with status read back out. | Organizations is specific to Auth0 and Sales orders to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAuth0 notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Event Streams and Log Streams deliver near-real-time user.created/updated/deleted and tenant events to a custom webhook or Amazon EventBridge.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Syspro through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Syspro for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.

Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Auth0–Syspro connection.
Changes in Auth0 or Syspro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Auth0 or Syspro data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Auth0 or Syspro record.
Track your Auth0 ⇄ Syspro sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Auth0 and Syspro.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Auth0 and Syspro with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Auth0 and Syspro objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Auth0 and Syspro: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Auth0's Clients (Applications) and Resource Servers (APIs)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Change detection on Auth0: Event Streams and Log Streams deliver near-real-time user.created/updated/deleted and tenant events to a custom webhook or Amazon EventBridge; polling falls back to the Get Users search filtered on updated_at. On Syspro: Polling; the ERP does not expose a change feed to external consumers. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Syspro side: GL journals, Warehouses, Customers, Suppliers, plus custom fields where Syspro exposes them. On the Auth0 side: Connections, Clients (Applications), Resource Servers (APIs), Log Events. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Auth0 and Syspro: One roster on a shared key; Create accounts from new records; Disable access at offboarding. People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
Auth0: Management API v2 (REST); Authentication API issues the access token. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client credentials from a machine-to-machine application; scoped Bearer JWT where each operation needs its own scope (e.g. read:users, create:users, update:users) or returns 403. Syspro: E.net Solutions business objects, exposed over REST and WCF interfaces in SYSPRO 8. Authentication: SYSPRO operator credentials exchanged for a session token. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
