Two-way sync
Changes in Shopify or Syspro instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Shopify and Syspro in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Shopify holds the customer relationship; Syspro runs the operations and records behind the business. The two overlap wherever the same organizations and transactions matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by re-keying or overnight batch, each side spends the day working from stale data.
Stacksync syncs Customers, Abandoned Checkouts, Products, ProductMedias in Shopify with Inventory items, Sales orders, Purchase orders, Jobs (work orders) in Syspro field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Where both systems keep customer or organization records, corrections in either propagate to the other, ending dual maintenance.
Owners, territories, and org structure informed by Syspro stay current in Shopify.
A deal won in Shopify creates or updates the customer in Syspro with clean data, so fulfillment and invoicing start without re-entry.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Shopify objects | Syspro objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customers Buyer records; matched to CRM contacts for marketing and lifetime-value analysis. | Customers AR customer master records matched against CRM accounts. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in both directions. Custom fields on either side are included in the mapping. | |
| Orders Purchase transactions; pushed to ERPs for fulfillment and billing, and read into databases for reporting. | Jobs (work orders) Manufacturing jobs and WIP tracked for production reporting. | Orders is specific to Shopify and Jobs (work orders) to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Abandoned Checkouts Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Bills of materials Product structures referenced when syncing manufacturing data. | Abandoned Checkouts is specific to Shopify and Bills of materials to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Products Catalog entries; often mastered in a PIM or ERP and written into Shopify. | AR invoices Billing documents surfaced to CRMs and finance reporting. | Products is specific to Shopify and AR invoices to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| ProductMedias Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | GL journals Financial postings extracted for consolidation and analytics. | ProductMedias is specific to Shopify and GL journals to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| ProductVariants Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Warehouses Stocking locations that scope inventory balances. | ProductVariants is specific to Shopify and Warehouses to Syspro — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionShopify notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook topics per resource, with polling on updated_at as a fallback.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Syspro through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Shopify and Syspro: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Shopify's Customers and Orders), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Shopify: GraphQL Admin API (primary) and REST Admin API (legacy). Authentication: OAuth via a custom Shopify app: admin creates an app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, enables required API scopes, sets the Stacksync redirect URL, then supplies shop name + Client ID and Client Secret to Stacksync. Syspro: E.net Solutions business objects, exposed over REST and WCF interfaces in SYSPRO 8. Authentication: SYSPRO operator credentials exchanged for a session token. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Shopify: Only 6 objects documented as supported (Products, ProductMedias, ProductVariants, Orders, Customers, Abandoned Checkouts); others require emailing integrations@stacksync.com. Syspro: External access goes through e.net business objects that apply the same validation and business logic as the SYSPRO client, so API writes cannot bypass ERP rules. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Shopify and Syspro without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Shopify and Syspro records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Shopify and Syspro connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Shopify–Syspro integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Shopify and Syspro. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
