Two-way sync
Changes in Auth0 or Linnworks instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Auth0 and Linnworks in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
An ERP and an identity system describe the same workforce from two angles. Linnworks holds the authoritative record of who works at the company, and often their department, title, manager, and cost center. Auth0 controls the accounts, groups, and access those same people use every day. When the two aren't connected, every hire, transfer, and departure has to be keyed twice, and the window between someone leaving in Linnworks and their account still being active in Auth0 is a real security exposure.
Stacksync syncs Shipping Services, Open Orders, Processed Orders, Stock Items in Linnworks with Log Events, Users, Roles, Organizations in Auth0 in real time, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly jobs. A new hire, a department change, or a termination propagates within seconds, and where you want changes to flow both ways — the ERP's org data into the directory, account status back into the ERP — the same mapping handles it.
That matters most at offboarding and audit time. When the directory reflects the ERP's current headcount and org structure, disabling access no longer depends on someone remembering to update a second system, and access reviews start from a roster both sides already agree on.
When someone changes team or department, their group or organizational-unit membership updates to match, keeping access tied to their current role.
People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
A person added in one system gets a matching account or record in the other automatically, so a new hire can be granted access without anyone re-keying their details.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Auth0 objects | Linnworks objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clients (Applications) Registered applications and their metadata under /api/v2/clients; mirrored to a database for app and credential inventories. | Open Orders Unshipped orders aggregated from sales channels sync into ERPs and fulfillment systems. | Clients (Applications) is specific to Auth0 and Open Orders to Linnworks — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Resource Servers (APIs) API definitions and their scopes; synced so permission catalogs used for access reviews stay current. | Processed Orders Completed orders feed accounting and warehouse-based margin reporting. | Resource Servers (APIs) is specific to Auth0 and Processed Orders to Linnworks — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Log Events Tenant events (logins, signups, failed logins, admin changes) from /api/v2/logs; read-only, streamed into a warehouse for security analytics. | Stock Items SKU records keep product data aligned with ERPs and PIMs. | Log Events is specific to Auth0 and Stock Items to Linnworks — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users Core identity records with profile fields plus user_metadata and app_metadata; synced two-way (create, update, delete) via /api/v2/users. Credentials are never returned. | Stock Levels Per-location quantities sync outward so channels and planning tools reflect current availability. | Users is specific to Auth0 and Stock Levels to Linnworks — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Roles RBAC role definitions and their permissions; synced with a database to audit which users hold which access, and assigned to Users from either side. | Locations Warehouse and fulfillment location records scope stock data during mapping. | Roles is specific to Auth0 and Locations to Linnworks — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Organizations B2B customer tenants under /api/v2/organizations; synced two-way with a CRM or customer database to keep account records aligned with Auth0 orgs. | Purchase Orders Replenishment POs sync with suppliers and accounting systems. | Organizations is specific to Auth0 and Purchase Orders to Linnworks — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAuth0 notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Event Streams and Log Streams deliver near-real-time user.created/updated/deleted and tenant events to a custom webhook or Amazon EventBridge.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Linnworks through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Linnworks for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling on order and stock endpoints.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Auth0 and Linnworks with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Auth0 and Linnworks objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Auth0 and Linnworks: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Auth0's Clients (Applications) and Resource Servers (APIs)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Auth0 and Linnworks connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Auth0–Linnworks integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Auth0 and Linnworks. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
Change detection on Auth0: Event Streams and Log Streams deliver near-real-time user.created/updated/deleted and tenant events to a custom webhook or Amazon EventBridge; polling falls back to the Get Users search filtered on updated_at. On Linnworks: Polling on order and stock endpoints. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Linnworks side: Shipping Services, Open Orders, Processed Orders, Stock Items, plus custom fields where Linnworks exposes them. On the Auth0 side: Log Events, Users, Roles, Organizations. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
