Two-way sync
Changes in Auth0 or Logiwa WMS instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Auth0 and Logiwa WMS in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
An ERP and an identity system describe the same workforce from two angles. Logiwa WMS holds the authoritative record of who works at the company, and often their department, title, manager, and cost center. Auth0 controls the accounts, groups, and access those same people use every day. When the two aren't connected, every hire, transfer, and departure has to be keyed twice, and the window between someone leaving in Logiwa WMS and their account still being active in Auth0 is a real security exposure.
Stacksync syncs Products (SKUs), Shipments, Warehouses & Locations, Clients in Logiwa WMS with Log Events, Users, Roles, Organizations in Auth0 in real time, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly jobs. A new hire, a department change, or a termination propagates within seconds, and where you want changes to flow both ways — the ERP's org data into the directory, account status back into the ERP — the same mapping handles it.
That matters most at offboarding and audit time. When the directory reflects the ERP's current headcount and org structure, disabling access no longer depends on someone remembering to update a second system, and access reviews start from a roster both sides already agree on.
A name, email, title, manager, or department corrected in either system updates the other, so directory entries and employee records don't drift apart.
When someone changes team or department, their group or organizational-unit membership updates to match, keeping access tied to their current role.
People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Auth0 objects | Logiwa WMS objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clients (Applications) Registered applications and their metadata under /api/v2/clients; mirrored to a database for app and credential inventories. | Inventory On-hand and available stock levels read out to keep storefronts, ERPs, and analytics stores current. | Clients (Applications) is specific to Auth0 and Inventory to Logiwa WMS — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Resource Servers (APIs) API definitions and their scopes; synced so permission catalogs used for access reviews stay current. | Products (SKUs) Item master records kept consistent between the ERP or ecommerce catalog and the WMS. | Resource Servers (APIs) is specific to Auth0 and Products (SKUs) to Logiwa WMS — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Log Events Tenant events (logins, signups, failed logins, admin changes) from /api/v2/logs; read-only, streamed into a warehouse for security analytics. | Shipments Carrier, tracking, and ship-confirm data pushed back to order sources after dispatch. | Log Events is specific to Auth0 and Shipments to Logiwa WMS — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Users Core identity records with profile fields plus user_metadata and app_metadata; synced two-way (create, update, delete) via /api/v2/users. Credentials are never returned. | Warehouses & Locations Facility and bin structure referenced when mapping multi-warehouse inventory. | Users is specific to Auth0 and Warehouses & Locations to Logiwa WMS — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Roles RBAC role definitions and their permissions; synced with a database to audit which users hold which access, and assigned to Users from either side. | Clients 3PL client accounts used to scope orders and inventory in multi-client deployments. | Roles is specific to Auth0 and Clients to Logiwa WMS — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Organizations B2B customer tenants under /api/v2/organizations; synced two-way with a CRM or customer database to keep account records aligned with Auth0 orgs. | Returns Return receipts synced so ERPs and support tools reflect restocked inventory. | Organizations is specific to Auth0 and Returns to Logiwa WMS — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAuth0 notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Event Streams and Log Streams deliver near-real-time user.created/updated/deleted and tenant events to a custom webhook or Amazon EventBridge.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Logiwa WMS through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Logiwa WMS for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling on order and inventory endpoints using modified timestamps, subject to the platform's API rate limits.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Auth0 through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Auth0 and Logiwa WMS with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Auth0 and Logiwa WMS objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Auth0 and Logiwa WMS: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Auth0's Clients (Applications) and Resource Servers (APIs)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
On the Logiwa WMS side: Products (SKUs), Shipments, Warehouses & Locations, Clients, plus custom fields where Logiwa WMS exposes them. On the Auth0 side: Log Events, Users, Roles, Organizations. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Auth0 and Logiwa WMS: Keep profile attributes current; Align group and department membership; One roster on a shared key. A name, email, title, manager, or department corrected in either system updates the other, so directory entries and employee records don't drift apart.
Auth0: Management API v2 (REST); Authentication API issues the access token. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client credentials from a machine-to-machine application; scoped Bearer JWT where each operation needs its own scope (e.g. read:users, create:users, update:users) or returns 403. Logiwa WMS: REST API. Authentication: API key / token. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Logiwa WMS: Its data model supports multi-warehouse and multi-client (3PL) scoping, so integrations must carry client and warehouse context on orders and inventory. Auth0: Paid tenants are limited to roughly 15 Management API requests per second with bursts to 50, applied per tenant across all integrations; responses expose X-RateLimit-* headers and return 429 when exceeded. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Auth0 and Logiwa WMS without custom code.
